A dance named Shizu
This is a dance that is said to have been performed by Shizuka Gozen, the best Shirabyoshi in Kyoto, in memory of his beloved Minamoto no Yoshitsune, at the behest of Minamoto no Yoritomo during the Kamakura period.
Reminiscing the beautiful yet sad story of Shizuka Gozen, it will be reenacted in an ancient style at the Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine Maiden with the full cooperation of the Kamakura Performing Arts Federation.​

静の舞
鎌倉時代、源頼朝の命により京都一の白拍子静御前が愛する源義経をしのんで舞ったと伝わる舞です。
美しくも悲しい、静御前の物語をしのび、鎌倉芸能連盟の全面協力のもと、鶴岡八幡宮舞殿にて古式ゆかしく再現されます。​
