Mine just says a harmful OS will corrupt it then nothing, it's as a program and I can't get it online as I don't password for an account that's on it. I stole it from work... Can I get it reset at a store you think?.

Yo,
If you have a message like "pdp back-up fail setup-wizard finish" on your screen after the reboot you'll have to plug in some earphones in your tab for this to work.
Don't know why don't know how but it work.
