My dad got me listening to Aaron Lewis when I was a kid playing Staind in the kitchen. A few years ago we were in obx and he played country boy for me. Aaron Lewis became our go to whenever we were together. I just lost my dad in February. Me my mom my brother and my husband went to an Aaron Lewis concert this past Summer at the bottle and cork in dewy beach. We even bought dad a ticket because we knew he would be there in spirit. My mother and I cried that whole concert. It was such a beautiful night. Thank you Aaron Lewis for making our hearts not hurt so much thru your music. And thank you for making songs that I will forever hear and think of my daddy ❤️

I recently found this song and it really hits home for me. I drive a truck for a living and a lot of Aaron’s songs about being on the road and away from family, missing out on life etc really resonates with me. This one though really hits my heart, our family life has been a little more hectic and crazy than normal and this brings me back down to earth a little bit.

ive been in the Corps for the past 5 years and i have only been in the states for a year and a half of that! im right with you brother! Aarons music has gotten me through afghan twice and a year in Madrid and now half way through a year in belgium. granted Madrid and Belgium are no where like afghan but being away from family and friends makes it so much harder no matter what! thanks for your service !

I've never liked or listened to a country song willingly, but Aaron Lewis has got me into 2 genres now, with staind and a country singer..my favorite artist of all time
Was turned onto Aaron Lewis early last year by a friend when he popped his CD in while going on a road trip. I've been listening to him everyday since, whether it's himself, Staind, his covers, etc. He's one of the most well rounded artists with his voice and his personality. It's something to appreciate, rather than complain about👍

That song came vomiting out of me that day - the whole thing came out, just threw up.
