It's in Desoto County, new homes here are around 400K with lots of space (2500-2800 sqft). The local govt will help protect your property value. You will love it here!!

We are pro 2A here in Kings county too! Next to Kern county. The more rural areas in CA are much different than the bay area or Southern CA.
