For a brief time Ramen Toy had the shared license to make figures for the 80s classic animated series, Silverhawks. Mon Star was the final release in that line and he followed the release of the Silverhawks leader, Quicksilver

This is so 80's it screams it. I don't think Silverhawks made it to Canada, I actully only know them trough my spotlights. But this villain looks good. Great review!
