I got a pixie a few months ago... and it made me realize how LONG is the wait. And the worst part is we can't do anything else but wait. Never cutting my hair again :(
Wash your hair with egg.. instead of shampoo 3 time a weak. leave it in a hour and wash it out. No shampoo. Only ones a week. Do it in the sink otherwise your bathroom will smell.. clean your sink after worths with cleaner. It will do wonders to your hair i promise. Your video's are really motivating i am growing out my pixi cut. Thr egg stuff works really well.
Thank you for making these videos ❤ You have been my inspiration to shave my hair off 9 months ago, and photograph the regrowth every week! Your hair looks amazing, I can't wait till my hair is longer. Can't wait for the next video either🙂 And yes, the regrowth videos are very comforting.
So lovely! Happy to see you here and I love your wild editing and video talent! Terrific music choice, too! I had to stand up and DANCE!!! Much Lovies!
Growing out takes time, mine was collarbone length when I met my guy, and he would give me micro trims every couple months just to remove the damaged tips. Mine now reaches past my elbows and I love it. I wash my hair 2-3 times a week and I switched to using shampoo bars and conditioner as there are no harsh chemicals in them, more eco friendly as well. I like how my hair feels with them. I will also take showers, get my hair wet and not use shampoo or conditioner. I am very much a fan of braids, my husband loves my hair long and I have gotten him to learn to do French, Dutch, fishtail, side wraparound and variations of them. I have him braid my hair before work, and again before bed. I have a satin pillowcase that doesn’t pull my hair. Good luck on your long hair journey.
We set up the IPad on the counter and we watched youtube tutorials of French, Dutch, fishtail, wraparound, side and different variations. He watched and then practiced doing them on my hair. He has gotten quite good at doing them, I have him braid my hair for me before work each morning. I get asked how I do them, and I tell them that I don’t know how to braid my own hair, that I just have my husband do it.
Just watching this last video and I am so sorry you have been depessed. That is hard when life throws us curveballs like that. I hope you are doing better. re the video, I definitely find it inspiring re your growth over last two years. I am wondering since it has been more than a year, did you end up having to cut it more due to the thinning and split ends? I am with you in wanting long long hair, but honestly, I am not sure I can get it much past my shoulders. Mine is so fine, curly etc... however, I saw a video recently by a woman with very long hair, to her hips and have found two others... so three RUclipsrs, and they all oil their long hair from neck down, and do scalp oils of various kinds, minimal brushing and washing maybe once a week or every two weeks. It varies! Apparently they are following ways used long ago, before short hair and shampoo were things. Two still use shampoo but one uses rhassoul clay. I find it all very interesting. Anyway, I really do hope you are well. And if you did cut your hair, who cares?! Right? Hair grows! And we can always learn more and try again, if we want to. Or just play, if we don't. So all that said, I still really want to thank you for making your buzz cut videos. You helped me have the courage to do it myself. Wishing you the best, and sorry for the long comment, Lynne
Thanks for your videos! I'm from Russia and my English language is "specific" :D It's so exciting to look at your hair transformation!) I will wait the next video about fourth year of hair growth))))
Your hair looks amazing in year 3. It’s crazy how long it takes to grow to medium-long length again. I don’t think I would shave my hair because I’m dealing with Androgenetic Alopecia. It’s very hard to keep existing hair, let alone regrow it. If I didn’t have this, I think I would do it. I have been following your journey and you hair looks the best right now. Super beautiful.
Thank you so much! I’ve never heard of Androgenetic Alopecia until now, I’m so sorry that’s something you’re going through...thank you for sharing that here, I enjoy hearing about other people’s lives.
idk if anyone has posted this here yet but Tresemme is under a lawsuit right now for using formaldehyde in their products and causing women to lose a lot of hair/go bald, I'd recommend using Moroccan oil for healthier hair (my hair is shaved right now! but was 3ft long before I cut it)
I recommend something else other than TRESemmé. It’s a very average shampoo and some ingredients are not that great. I use OGX Shampoo with OGX Conditioner of the same line (Biotin & Collagen or Teatree Oil or Argan Oil of Morocco).
I can ask you a question about your experience with hair. It seems that my hair is becoming damaged, coarse and dry. I decided to cut my hair because it started to fall out too. This makes me sad and broken. This experience is afraid that my hair grows slowly and is it smooth and healthy ؟ Some people suggest for me to cut my hair by zero or the machine shaving machine so what is your advice?
Looking forward to see 4th year growth video 🤓
We are waiting for the 4th year hair growth journey! 😊😊
omg I've been here all this time
Thank you! 😭😭
Fantastic 3 years!!eheheh

Thank you for sharing your hair journey! I love that you taught your husband all kinds of braids, it makes me want to teach mine :)

Your hair is growing absolutely beautifully!!! Keep going, I think it would be super fun to see how fast you get it down to hip length+! :)
Thank you! and I think so, too! It's always been my dream to have hair to my hips. ☺️

j e a l o u s... jk. my hair will get there soon. Only another.. year.... ;-; but seriously you’re beautiful! 💜

If having short hair makes you sad, don’t cut it anymore! You can keep doing trims until the damaged parts are off and it’s healthy!
