Ep 420… that’s a solid 8 🎉
That Old Rip Van Winkle 10-year bourbon in the background is a flex. Well played 👏
Nick is a great guest. Listened on my commute, rewatching now. Would love to hear more about his self storage experience.
I’m really enjoying the episode! Halfway and it’s been awesome! Thanks for the pod Sam. Thanks for sharing Nick. 😉👍
These guys are always fascinating to listen to, I work in real estate and it’s nice to hear the ways people operate in other industries.
Awesome to hear you guys are getting talent from my country, the Philippines 🇵🇭
I give it a 9 because:
1. The conversation sounds authentic(I hate RUclips guru's selling me stuff)
2. I learned a ton
3. There were a few laughs thrown in to make what could be dry topics entertaining
Is this your first episode?
Gentlemen’s agreement 🤝🏽 also loved the part at the end about taking swings, great episode!
Great episode! Two hustlers talking shop.. fantastic
Great episode!
9, Have him on again. All of those businesses are in my wheelhouse. Love that he is going into the insurance business. That way he can start using the money he pays for insurance to buy more properties. He should look into captive insurance as well, insure against more risk and expense more income to buy more properties.
Sounds like you need to get Marshal on!? 😀🙏🏽 great pod guys 🤙🏽
episode 420 let’s gooooo
9 - great interview, but would like to hear more about Nick's beginnings in the storage business.
Self storage has long been one of the best business models because they are cheap to build, and humans are wasteful hoarders willing to spend huge amounts of money to keep junk.
❤ This episode.
I didn't see the dog until Sam did his begging agreement pitch. Very cute dog.
Guy is super handsome
Was Nick talking about Hampton the peer group? I wonder if that was ever announced on the pod before. Not sure how I stumbled upon it but I sort of expected that to be the next business for Sam given the curiousity he always had for paid groups/communities.
9. Loved the episode
Nick should look into starting up a Search Fund. Finding and funding strong Operators to buy businesses.
Where's Shawn ?
We miss him...
EPISODE 420 BABY LETS GET STOOPID
The girl empowerment thing and that you’re actually thinking about was fkn beautiful. ❤
10 already booked a call w Shepherd
great eoisode
Off shoring HR, sharp, punchy and great for the bottom line however, as the potholes deepen on the road outside the front gate, you may have to consider the game that's made your life has undone your children's.
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Richard Heart raised 1.6B online from his RUclips and Twitter audience in 2021. On-chain verified.
40M is cool on Twitter, though.
The star of this episode is Sam's dog, a great replacement for Shawn.
Many many many successful entrepreneurs have started on eBay
🎉
Isn't the whole "have some equity in a company you promote and occasionally help" what Shark Tank is?
excited for Sam's announcement in 1 month!
First comment. Obviously, after honoring the gentlemen's agreement.
Welcome, I suggest you simultaneously subscribe to some soul care content. Cause this can sometimes bring the megalomania out in you.
gentlemen agreement😂
Makes me laugh when people talk about kids 😂 I had my first at 17 last at 33 grandad at 35 💁🏻♂️ my advice don’t have any enjoy your life. 👍🏽
What did you say to your 17 year old? "Been there, done that" or "should have learned from my mistake"?😂
😳
This is a ridiculous take on having kids.
Sam is so awkward!!!😂
True
Six. I had to skip through it a lot.
The “woke mob” must be the boogeyman😂😂… 4th person I heard talking bout them..😂
Be careful with the pitbull and children. Weekly stories about attacks.
I don't think guys and girls should be raised the same tbh life as a male is harder, so they need to be trained to deal with that. Nobody gives af about a dude, we've gotta make it on hard mode. As long as a girl is pretty enough, there'll always be some guy out there willing to take care of them
9. Best parts were honestly about life not business.
This is so weak… I’m sorry.. Do it yourself b4 you claim these numbers. 16 properties shouldn’t require another man’s money. Understood banks are no longer partners due to garbage rates.. this is not a flex at all. This is a hand out flex. Respect the execution, I’ll never take that away. That’s huge.. cringe 😬 from the $$$$beginnings sorry.
I'm very interested, I'd like to get a distribution of where everyone is at in your entrepreneur journey? 🤔
