  • Whether you are about to have your first baby or expecting your fifth, the birthing process can be overwhelming from beginning to end. From creating a birthing plan and preparing for labor, to navigating contractions and emergency signs to watch out for, learn the ins and outs of how to prepare yourself for birth.
    Parental Guidance (PG) is a virtual initiative hosted by UHealth Jackson Children’s Care and Miami Mom Collective. It brings together educational information and family‑friendly resources through health experts to help expert parents produce epic kids.
