tried for fun this 1 div gear and build, what can i say, dmg is there, mobility is super LOW and eater mobs will insta kill you cauze of lacking of that mobility

Ashes of the stars is a really good item to scale the build with im not sure about anything else with the path finder version on sabo or trickster cold conversion instead of poison scales really hard
i'm not sure if youtube won't block the link, but this build skips the uber sir phases if invested properly. I'm posting the link in my second post, hope it doesn't get deleted. (but if you have enough currency - better make poison spark pf or something like that, seismic is mechanically not the most convenient for anything other than bosses, and not always on them either. As soon as you scattered all your traps - and bam the boss teleported)

Go for zhp spark or totems, you wull have no problem.
Also you can easily play EA elementalist, its a meta build laods of dmg and totem playstyle is perfect for sanctum

@@rotony1 I think other things being equal, builds that freeze enemies are a bit better suited to a sanctuary.
Captain Lance has a hexblast sab that deletes sanctum. 20 divs is plenty.
