Its a budget damage over time build and most efficient way to clear the map is to keep running and placing mines and letting all mobs die unless there is a unique or rare that is a bit tankier, and amazingly it can do bossing too

Also its not a good bosser he is perhaps decent at the bosses but anyone that is looking for a build like this is just going to rip 6 portals on this paper tiger. Its a bad build for mapping and its shit in the state he shows it for bossing for anyone that cant already kill the bosses mechanically on any build.
Not all such builds. Take cold dot elementalist for example. On the same investments this build has abnormal amount of damage just from skill jems, nothing else. It also defeats all bosses but in twice the time it took for this trap build. But most importantly that build is a mapper, not a boss killer. It clears t16 maps, logbooks, etc easily. And finally because all investments in your damage are skill points and skill gems from lily you focus solely on defences.

I loved seismic trap several leagues ago, but the main problem I faced is what I see in the vid: too easy to die.
Well at this tiny investment it has less than 3k life, not the typical setup.

In crucible just get totem explode for 600 and you can do all ubers for less. Its beyond broken
600 totem explode / 70% 2x totem crucible item is going to cost you at least ~5div alone.
