G,day mate, I used a piece of 10mm wire rope in the cordless drill for unblocking seed boots. Just make sure the drill rotates in the direction so the wire winds tighter or you end up with lots of prickly bits.
Fascinated with your new CASE-IH ( behemoth) tractor , your channel and your commentary. I have watched every vlog since I discovered your channel. How many acres/hectares are crop planted areas. Cheers
The fun and games involved in farming... I presume the agflow has a polymar coating, I think your strait urea is the problem.Perhaps try next season to get your urea coated with a 3-5% zinc coating. We farm up in the Northern territory and have a huge issue with humidity at night and it sorted the issue of blocking..
Agbot. It’s a remote monitor so we can check the levels of our spray tanks. We have pumps filling them and sometimes we forget to turn them off/on so having the monitors makes life easier
cant give advise re the dew but can re the negitive cmt dont block them it all helps the utube alogrythm like i big tow chanel i follow even has shirts for sale that say "i hate xxxx utube"
This might be a silly question from someone who doesn’t know, but can you fit an air dryer into the equation? I understand it’s more complexity and equipment but it might solve an issue.
Not a silly question at all. On the fans we have an oil cooler, (a radiator that cools the hyd oil) which sucks hot air into the fan. Problem is that it can’t keep up with the amount of moisture that the fert attracts.
@@tomsbrookfarm Hi JH, thanks for the reply, that’s unfortunate, as that simply heats the ambient air as is, I was thinking of something that probably only exists in large air handling units, like for buildings, hospitals, laboratories etc. it’s a bugger that you’ve got to change you’re schedule for these kinds of issues, but I guess, that’s farming. Good luck with the rest of planting, and thanks for the videos.
I would hate to say JH but you did a height and confined space course so where is your harness for being 2 mt off ground. George also had a slip on the bourgo too blowing it down. Nice compliance . Hope the sowing goes well for 2024 cheers
Mike runs heaters on fans from hyd oil. And sorry mate it's hard to hear you in that junky loud crappy red tractor. Can we please hear what George has to say about that new cheap gutless red junk. And for God's sake get rid of that heap of shit spreader and live a better life mate.

Thought about using liquid fert jh?
Put the heater and snorkel kit on the fert fan and cure most of the blockage issues
Sorry i see you have the heaters

I install tank monitoring here in Canada. I just lower all the cable into the tank. We monitor fuel in customers tanks
My system reports immediately
Air guard system install!!✔️👍🙂
W którym regionie Australii znajduje się twoje gospodarstwo? Jakie masz warunki klimatyczne i jakie plony osiągasz? Pozdrawiam

Plus throw some in the air seeder auger when loading
Yes but how are the knees? Are those kneepads keeping them soft and preventing many knee syndrome? The people deserve an update

What kind of packer pressure are you using?
Depends on the soil type. But anywhere from 1250-1750 psi
Started at 3am this morning and probably had 30 blocks until about 9am that’s with a conservapac stick rake
You wouldn’t happen to have pictures of the blocks by any chance?

Be better giving George the full day during the day instead of trying to go late into the night if the damp is causing problems.
That’s exactly what we ended up doing. No point fighting the night! 😂
@@tomsbrookfarm na better putting your feet up and having a few beers instead
Air dryer/heater will cure 80percent of your issues, not all of them unfortunately.
