    Hi Walter, Thanks for the video its really interesting and very good of you to share you knowledge. Forgive me if I have this wrong but, didn't some of the british manufactures copy the blue glaze to make their porcelain look more Chinese? Maybe during the Victorian period

    Hi, is the orange peel on the piece signify a genuine from a reproduction? Also my porcelain tureen has a lighter color blue, was that typical for Chinese export porcelain?

    Some shades of blue can absolutely dictate age. Some blues were only used at certain times.
