How to raise a large number of fish in a small pond
1) Prepare the drainage system from the tank properly (make sure to drain all the fish manure from the bottom of the tank).
2) Prepare the oxygen system in the pool properly.
2) Choose food according to the type of fish we raise.
3) There must be a clean pond near the house.

This farm is fair , at least it will reduce the cost of feeding indirectly. However, what you are trying to avoid you will end up paying for it. Water is fish but your food will polute the water thereby removing oxygen from the water and will cause the fish to die. This will negate the objective of feeding the fish locally. Alternatively, you have to be pumping out the water frequently. I am talking from experience.

i thought that this kind of feeding style must be good so that the water is still clean coz the way the feed is on the board only and the catfish will crowl to eat. The farm is already growing water hyacinth (18% protein) and duckweed (26% protein), which is suitable silage for feed. They are also already using the cow skin, and or other protein sources. Adding water hyacinth (cooked) as filler would help offset costs. The water hyacinth is similar to using cooked banana tree, corn meal, and cassava like what is used for pig feed.

Is this fish farm located in South East Asia? Thailand or Laos maybe?
I didn't really hear much speaking so it's difficult to know.
I do have family, in-laws, in N.E. Thailand near Vientiane, Laos. They farm sticky(glutenous)rice and raise a mudfish species, ปลาดุกด้าน (pla duk dan).
