Ronnie tells Razor that the player and his crew set him up and used his car to get on the #1 Blacklist spot along with Mia and Rog protecting his spot. So Razor raced a lot until he finally met the player again to get his Mustang back. Razor won, but the player won't let go of the keys, he hit the player so hard that Mia defended the player, the player ran away with his BMW M3 GTR. Somehow, Razor took the keys the player dropped and ran away with his Mustang. Razor jumped on the bridge and made it. So that means both Razor and the player escaped Rockport together.
Now he continues to drive until he goes to the tunnel, which connects to the Canyon of Palmont City. But the player didnt know, Cross was on his back since then....
The 5 secrets to easily linger on this final chase: 1. Don't go straight. Always turn wherever you are to confuse the cops. 2. Do not make a U-Turn. Just don't. 3. Slow down and plan your way. Speeding doesn't really do anything. 4. Bus terminal & Rosewood's Freeway to eat time. 5. Shortcuts are your best friend to eat time at low visibility.
That feeling when you won the final battle with Razor while driving the Mustang is so satisfying. The cutscene right after the end of the last race feels so right. 🤣😂
I love to think as an alternative take"the razor fooled the player/mia and he was using his ford mustang keys in his pocket, while the Bmw keys was in the bmw " thus creating an paradox. While the player/mc is left crying as he failled to retrieve his beemer"while Razor had his last laught" also keep in mind that his mustang was present in the final race cutscene"to back up this fan-theory".

I live through this everytime with Extra Options. Every pursuit with my Razor's Mustang Replica set to Heat 6 is just plain epic.
