i cant even click anything in the animator edit window, everything is blocked, when i drag images to the frames timeline all i see is a blocked sign and i cant drop my frames there.... HELP is that a new error or why can't i find someone that addresses this issue ! please help

Make sure to click on the game object that does have the Animator you are editing.
Select Animator,
Open Animation Tab,
You can see Animation Clips or create one,
Now you can make changes.
Note: you can only edit the GameObjects of the Animator Component, Don't Animate other objects which is not the children of the Animator Component

What if the animation is a 3d one and is under ground

That may be because of the humanoid setup. 3D is little different you should check animations settings and avatar.
