- * UPDATE 2/17/19*
I just spoke to Pete. This was the first mix he put out in 1995.
There was some mystery as to where this mix came from, since very few had seemed to have heard it before. But I got the details straight from the man himself. Enjoy! - Видеоклипы
I have lived and breathed BBT for most of my life..............................Thank you.
Bbt was a fundamental biolding block in shaping my electro journey..
Truth
Pro trick: watch movies at Flixzone. Been using them for watching all kinds of movies lately.
@Andrew Alvaro Yea, I have been using Flixzone for since december myself :)
Wow. listening to this in 2020, and paying attention to the track selection. So far ahead of its time, and so good.
It’s still rocking, stands the test. Cheers!
Thanks mate. You've made a dull Tuesday afternoon a lot better.
You’re welcome! One of my all time favorite mixes from Pete, and I didn’t really see it uploaded anywhere on RUclips. Glad you enjoyed it
This is a breakbeat treat from my man Pete…still the illest, keep coming back to the old Sokol!
I asked my 5 year old what he'd like to listen to during the 15 minute ride to kindergarten. He said, Bassbin Twins. I found this mix. Hmmm, curious, this mix was posted only last month. Well let's check it out. BOOM, we dug it! And after having dropped off my son at school, I kept driving and driving and bumping this gem. Thank you to everyone connected to the chain of events that lead ultimately to this post.
its so good, i have no idea why no ones ever posted it.
If this 1hr Set was ever played in a Club when I was around, I woulda Lost My Sh*T 🙌
This is actually a mix tape. I've personally never seen it on cd. Breakbeat Web - TALL TOWERS TAPE 001

@@Back2BasicsUS SALUTE! Tell Pete he has a massive following in Dallas TX.......then there is Austin....
[Back2Basics] Gratitude. These are some tasty early-day jams. Mixed perfectly (wish I knew what hardware/software on top of vinyl).

Was an untitled tape when I grabbed it back in the day, been looking for this. Thanks brother
Brings me back!
Still got my original BBT Vinyl !!!! Any chance Pete will repress some vinyl?! Fingers crossed! Breakbeat forever!!!!!! Thank you for posting this!!!!!!
He just released a new EP last year. Don’t think he did vinyl though. Getting it pressed these days isn’t as easy as it used to be.

I got to meet them in Houston. I went and picked them up from the airport and brought them to hotel and the to the I-Ball room for a huge party. The drew my son one of their little characters. Still have it somewhere.

@@JasonSmith-wh7wi Doc Martin at Club Zero was Epic!
Babylon "First Friday" was incredible!
@@JasonSmith-wh7wi dj dan's first performance at Club Zero, around 1995, was one of my favorite club nights at all time. IIRC the party was after hours, beginning at 3 a.m., running until 10 a.m.

gold!
Good mixing on that Narra Mine track, which always sounded like shit in other DJ's sets.
That’s what I was gonna say….I’m an old DJ who always wanted to just use the Ragga part of that Genocide II Track, but could never “Pull it out” it the days of just Wax.
How does he do it here?
Dis dat real shit
i would really appreciate a tracklist for diggin' purposes!!
@@Back2BasicsUS Nah there's loads of non Bassbin tracks in there mate

Oy Sunrise Festival Baltimore as the sun rises
I miss Ferry Bar Park! It was such a gritty (somewhat ghetto) park that was perfect for sunrise festival. The views in the morning were 👌🏼
@28:04 😎😎😎
track at 35:00?
I talked to Pete because I REALLY wanted that track, but he told me it’s a custom mashup he made that he never released. It’s so damn good.
Pete your a god!
