its the only way forward. the front of the pinion has a bearing which stops this shit from happening. H260 are easy to get too and cheaper than H230's but not much stronger.
refrigerated cold air intake , 1st I heard of this idea , drive diesel turbo astra and those frosty mornings i noticed it seemed to pull harder than the warm afternoons , but I worked it out quickly , cos I breath easy in the cold than i do in the heat , gathered it was more oxygen in the cold , your air idea backs it up, but honestly rather my air con for me inside stuff the extra power lol

I can not get parts here in South Africa, but I find everything I need in Australia... but no one is shipping to South Africa. is there any company or private person that you can recommend to assist me on that side getting either the parts collected and shipped privately?
Might do an LS swap than a Barra
A barra actually fits a lot better than an ls because the engine bay was originally designed for a straight six and the spark plugs and coils are situated a hell of a lot better on a Barra if you ever going through water
