My chicken market will keep for me a lot of kampong chicken feet whic I boil to make a big pot of soup and pack awa in packet and freeze to use at a later date. Most days, I add in anchovies and chicken bones, carcass and pig bones too so that I don't need to use chicken cubes
Awesome. Ya best if to use all natural ingredients made from scratch. But sometimes chicken stock cube can be a lifesaver. The more natural the better though 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Usually we discard those clams not opened instead of adding in..
