Hello. Did you basically just plug it in and start using, I’m getting one today and won’t be plumbing in the drain hose, I’ll be using the water tank factory settings. Did you have to mess around with any of the hoses on the back in this scenario?

Do I need to squeez the water from the clothes n put them inside or I can still put with water
Yes you need to do it in all dryers. It's recommended to dry clothes in washing machine on 1000 rpm before loading into to the dryer.
