    Is anyone else waiting for Haesu and Unjin to fall in love?

    • @maryannnelson1153
      @maryannnelson1153 9 лет назад +2

      Tia Tulai I really don't want them to fall in love. She will make his challenging life more difficult. She needs to get her temper under control. It seems in Korea that the spouse of a doctor needs to support their career. She offers nothing but the ability to alienate the other doctors' wives and the hospital donors. How can she love others when she can't even love her own father? At least Yewon tries to be a good daughter and seems to love her Dad and respects her step mother..

      Tia Tulai Yes. Absolutely yes.

      Mary Ann, I haven't the faintest clue what you're talking about. What does Haesu's temper have to do with Ujin's career? How would she offend anyone as his wife? She provided him with more support by bringing him a clean shirt and something to eat then Yewon has in all her so-called grand designs for their future that have less to do with Ujin's career and more to do with her holding onto her father's company which is the ONLY reason Yewon is such a "good daughter". Meanwhile, we didn't see Haesu's relationship with her father onscreen, but we know enough to know that her stepmother was awful to her growing up and Haesu's father didn't intervene the way any real father would have. How is that Haesu's fault? What kind of person should want to keep themselves connected to an abusive situation where they are constantly verbally and emotionally attacked by someone that's supposed to be responsible for taking care of them? Its no wonder Haesu left home as soon as she could and never looked back?

    There is a saying that Haesu clearly has never heard before. "Don't let you mouth write a check your ass can't cash". Yewon is a bitch, but Haesu needed that wake up call. She does need to humble herself. If you and your kids are constantly doing the wrong thing and you can't at least afford to cover the financial damage then yes you need to humbly apologize. And yes the only reason why someone as disrespectful and who has such a blatant disregard for rules with no connections would be able to keep their job is because someone feels sorry for you. I really hope not only does Yewon learn not to talk down to people because she's not better than anyone, but that Haesu learns to stop popping off at the mouth because no one owes her anything.

      What yewon said was intentionally mocking her, She was born on a silver spoon she can't understand hardship,Both of them lack mutual respect for each other,
      Again what contradicts me is that given yewon position why does she have to deal with cafeteria staffs that's the job of a supervisor,Only in dramaland you can talk back to your boss and still keep the job. For instance if that were to happen in reality that would be a story for onother day when your already shown the door

    yewon is beautiful on the outside only while haesu is beautiful both outside and inside. so ujin is better off with haesu. haesu will surely give him all of her heart and will not hurt him.

    The actress that plays Yewon is playing her role way too well, christ I am so sick & tired of her bs. I have to commend the her though, she has certainly made people hate her character to a core.

    The theme of this drama is financial problems, money matters. As they say money makes the world go round. This happens anywhere in the world so dont worry. This too shall pass.

  • @ravenhairedgeek

    I disagree with all the negativity things people are saying about Haesu on here. Only poor people have to learn to be humble? That's be! Everyone, no matter how much money you have needs to be humble. Yewon has already targeted Haesu from the first day they met because Haesu dared to question her. Yewon, being the entitled b itch she is just couldn't stand the fact that someone like Haesu had the guts to stand up to her since she's so used to bossing her around. Haesu stood her ground. Just because one has money, doesn't mean they're above everyone else.

    • @tarheel715
      @tarheel715 4 года назад

      Exactly. Yewon has disliked Haesu from day one, even before Haesu ever opened her mouth in opposition to Yewon or One's taking over the cafeteria. Yewon is used to going to her father's company where from the moment she arrives everyone is bending over back to fawn over her and treat her as the CEO's daughter and sole heir. So the mere thought that she could entire an environment and no one knows who she is and doesn't suck up to her accordingly is offensive to her.
      Meanwhile, the irony of Yewon always hating on Haesu for being poor, or accusing Ujin of having an inferiority complex is that Yewon is clearly the one who feels inferior, otherwise she wouldn't need to hurt and humiliate other people in order to feel better about herself. She took a perverse pleasure in hurting Haesu's feelings even though Haesu had already apologized, clearly was keeping her anger in check about the way Yewon provoked the situation with the kids in the first place, and had even offered to cover the repair costs. But Yewon was never interested in just making Semi take responsibility or getting her car fixed. She wanted to show Haesu that she's better than Haesu and Haesu has an obligation to know that and bow down to her and if she doesn't, even in personal situations where there's no right for Yewon to behave like she's better than Haesu, then Yewon would harass and accost Haesu with whatever she has until she breaks. If Yewon was a confident as she wants Haesu to think she is, she wouldn't be petty about humiliating someone who honestly has never done anything to Yewon.

    although, i believe that yewon is condescending, she is correct to point out that haesu needs to be humble enough to avoid being the object of disgust most of the time. at first, i like her, i mean haesu, but overtime she becomes irritating because of her misguided protectiveness of her wards and herself as well. She should be respectful because she is an employee and not to always be argumentative.

    • @tarheel715
      @tarheel715 4 года назад

      Haesu was already humble. She came to Yewon and sincerely apologized when she realized that Semi did in fact scratch the car and she offered to pay for the damage. There's no way in hell that bill is legitimate unless the mechanic chose to replace the entire car door. Hell, you can go to Auto Zone and get scratch repair kits for anywhere between $10 to 50 bucks. Yewon probably had a fake invoice created, or had them replace the entire car door, just so she could get the perverse satisfaction of humiliating Haesu because it was never about the scratch, it was about Yewon wanting to remind Haesu that Haesu is inferior to her and therefore has no right to speak up against her, even in personal situations that have nothing to do with their relationship as employer and employee.

    Ujin father is damn lucky he will get uncountable favours from her future daughter in law, Since yewon has noticed him she will do her best to save her face to cover her previous mistake, Haesu should swallow a bitter pill atlist for once, With that attitude no one can put up with her, Yewon might be harsh bt still a good boss consindering all the times they have had arguments

      njoroge Justin Haesu is in a bad situation where she is supporting more than 5 people...but semi is old enough to take responsibility for her actions -.-

    • @maryannnelson1153
      @maryannnelson1153 9 лет назад

      njoroge Justin I agree that Yewon is a good employer. I would have written up Haesu as a bad employee a while ago and sent her for remedial training on company policy. (This is part of progressive discipline of problem employees in the US before you fire them for bad performance.) She got herself in that position but not explaining to her family the change in cafeteria policy. When she was home sick after eating all the leftover food, she could have used it as an opportunity to tell the kids what happened on the job. Then they would not have shown up expecting to get feed. Semi remains ignorant that she did $2,500 worth a damage and that Haesu was humiliated into apologizing. Haesu should have had a family meeting to discuss how they were going to save the money to pay for the repair. This way all could have a learning moment.

    • @dt4654
      @dt4654 9 лет назад +1

      Haesu probably can't control semi's behaviour since she ain't her mother by right. But I don't think kids below 18 will understand those company policy rules what so ever,but none of the kids can work atm seeing how most of them are still kids tho the white girl can work to support herself

    • @njorogejustin7542
      @njorogejustin7542 9 лет назад +3

      ***** Alright i support haesu all the way but don,t u feel she's not polite at all, yesterday she was full of herself and even voluntered to pay for the damage even when the owner had not asked, Yewon hiked the price of the invoice just to rub haesu off, She already knew haesu will rush to her with hundrends of apologies, Yewon belittling people is a habit, She believe money can fix anything and has no respect for people, Back then ujin was ignorant bt he finally redeemed himself

    • @njorogejustin7542
      @njorogejustin7542 9 лет назад +3

      MaoMao Jjang Yewon was mean to those childrens especially with food, There was nothing to whine about bt nothing can justify what semi did, She was wrong and if they let her go scottfree without apologizing no doubt she will do it again after all no one has condemned her for that strange behaviour

    And now the sister is on my last nerve. Why is she always running her mouth? She wouldn't like it if her brother was getting involved in her personal business. I don't know why she'd think its a good idea to tell the mother something the brother obviously doesn't want anyone to know yet for a reason. If he was discreet about his relationship with Yewon for two whole years, he did so for a legitimate reason.

    Semi is going to hear about this for while.

      Steven Demonnin Yewon puts on a good act. She is uptight, lacks confidence, controlling and doubts herself. She will hang on to Ujin till the bitter end. No one has it that together no matter how much she is trying to convince everyone.
      Haesu has to realize her own worth so that no matter what Yewon does she doesn't feel humiliated. There is a lot of jealousy that is fueling the conflict with each other. Plus Yewon and Haesu are too very strong personalities so they are going to clash. I am sure it's getting under Yewon's skin to catch Haesu flirting with her boyfriend. Yewon can call her out but no one can make her feel humiliated but herself. Haesu seems to beat herself up enough. Looks like we have 20-30 more episodes before they break it off for good.

      Steven Demonnin
      People gravitate to what they are use to. He was brought up by a mother that is very similar so I think he is comfortable with that type of personality.
