When I saw Mateo contemplating the Nib, I physically felt the pain of being stuck between a rock and a hard place. There was really no right answer here, but I honestly didn't imagine that Paulie would make such a huge combo afterwards. He knew Mateo had Nib, as he had cards in his hand that were dead and Paulie hadn't gone to 5 summons yet. It was smart to go into battle phase before setting up his Nibiru-proofed board, which Mateo was forced to answer.

I feel like if i ever got invited to worlds, i would play a completely different deck due to the fear of the main deck getting hit by a banlist
The worlds championship was disappointing as a whole. It just seems so low effort and low budget
