Very good video and at the right time. Just decided I wanna go for exact this plan. Even if it’s a bit more expensive than shared hosting (regardless if it’s premium - it’s still shared) it’s absolutely affordable and most importantly: also after the contract expired

The business plan states they don't provide priority support. What does this mean? If my site goes down would I still be able to contact them?
You can still get chat support which is still very good, I've used it a few times when I used a business plan and they've been nice.
Aside from speed , you don't really explain what the feature difference is between their Cloud and their other offering
