After using Chinese brand phones (mostly Xiaomi and Poco) for almost as long as I can remember, switching to Nothing phone is very liberating to me. I cannot say my experience with my previous phone was bad, but I have more serious reason why I may not use a Chinese brand anymore. While iPhone was never one of my choice, settling for Pixel, Nothing, and Samsung would be my options from now on.
Personally I'll go for Redmi for it's -ip68 - 1.5K display - ufs 3.1 - Charger in the box and just like u said Xiaomi is more consistent. Overall Redmi value for money is much more appealing to me
the battery type are difrente too, one is Li-ion nothing2a that have a bigger life a spawn longer then the redmi that use a Li-poly. Thats why why it takes longer to charge, they are diferente tech.
How about the battery life of these? With mobile data, Bluetooth and location services on my redmi note 13 pro plus drain from 90 to 20 when it nears 5hrs of screen on time.😢
@@adVINturerPH not sure where you got that but that's my honest opinion. Redmi phones are that good already. Nothing phones are good but in other ways.

The new HyperOs is sooo buggy on my Redmi Note 13 pro plus it is unbelievable. I will try Nothing phone 2a tomorrow to let you know my experience.
Can you tell if nothing was better?
@@Innovartisticboy yes yes. Much better. HyperOS killed this phone unfortunately. 😞
@@990scroll thank you so much. ive had poco x3 gt for years. the delayed notification is shit. i cant do that ever again.
@@990scrollI have them both (RN13 Pro Plus 5G and Nothing 2a) and definitely HyperOS is slow down Redmi.

One bad thing about it is that redmi uses batteries which degrade over time very quickly

@@RenzoClaros i tested this 2 phone and i would say in camera even though redmi has a great camera, np2a excels in the segment ..
