Also the show from what I have heard exaggerated and dismissed certain elements to improve the over all pace and flow. Such as how captain America is multiple officers put into one, or so I've heard. They are Marine recon, they are trained to be marine recon, but the command put them to do standard bogged down fighting, and then securing civilian, do civilian services stuff. Sure these guys are smart enough to adapt, but beats the whole purpose. Its (maybe) why the Marines are going back to their roots again. I saw on papers that Marines are going back to ordering VTOLs, phasing out Abrahams, testing 15 man structure with drones. etc. Still, its Marines, they are pretty fast to adapt.
