As a father of four adult daughters, I very much admire your support of your two children!! Your son and daughter are very blessed!
I remember when Carissa started working for you. She was so responsible, even as a youngster. You got so lucky with her, Sandi.
& vice versa! Sandi's a great leader! 💕💕
I think Carissa is like the 3rd Brock kid.
❤
And Carissa is so adorable! When she was right there as the door opened and she had that smile. She's just adorable.
If Carissa is okay with this I would love to hear her story. How you found her and a compilation of pictures of her through the years. Here’s two weird questions Do you go around and pick up all the lambs tails when they fall off and with all your grain in the barns do you have a mouse problem..
Your channel makes my day. It encourages my to go out and get something done. You all work so hard!
@Sandi... You need to STOP DEGRADING YOUR GOALS!!!! YOU DID IT!🎉 It's YOURS ❤ NOT ANYONE ELSE.... DON'T BELITTLE YOUR WONDERFUL ACCOMPLISHMENTS.... If it was EASY we all could do it... We watch YOU ....❤ I'm SO HAPPY FOR YOU
EXACTLY 💯💯💯
ABSOLUTELY!!!❤❤❤
I agree 100%
Totally agree. Congratulation to you both for your hard work.
I just got to say, Jack and Jess have the best parents ever! Congratulations Sandi on the 2 lambs per mom, well deserved. Looks like everything is getting done, vacation is just around the corner. Thanks for taking us along, see you soon!🐑💕👍
Tomatoes:. "Sandy, could you please tell the little lambs to quiet down? They are giving us a headache, and they interrupt our beauty sleep!!"
And here I listen to Sandi's channel to end up falling asleep some nights to the chit chatter of those precious little lambs. Hubby joke: He will tease me about "counting sheep" to fall asleep. Honestly though, your channel has been an inspiration for me for writing my novel ~ Crime Mystery "Farm Girl". It is currently in the revision stage. My favorite lambs are the colorful ones and especially when you were able to save them using the warming bus.
@@jillhiles143 I hope you get your book finished. When it's published make sure to let us know.
The warming bus has been so good for the preemies and the cold babies.q
@@jillhiles143yes plz send sandy a copy of it so she can tell us wen It’s out n were we can buy it from!! I’d love to b able to support a fellow sheepishly me subscriber by buying a copy n reading it xxxx
Me too.@@Sammie-Lou-Miss-UK
Lol!
Sandi, without a doubt you are the hardest working woman on RUclips. I'm always amazed at what you are able to accomplish.
Omg when the golden girl stuck her head through the fence, looked up to you, melted my heart. They know how much you care about them. She had the cutest expression. ❤❤❤❤
Aw, Tomatoes seemed to like the Morning Boops to her nose. The Golden Girls were having a late morning, getting ready to eventually wander out to enjoy the sun.
I think you have all rights to be proud of the Lambs, they do look great, and they are so healthy and happy because of YOU Sandi, so bask for a moment in your rightful pride about your Lambs being in such nice condition!
Sweet tomatoes... ❤
Such a precious look Tomatoes gave you Sandi. She loves you 😊 ❤
"It's Weigh You're Weaner's Day" should be a T-shirt! Lol.❤
Talk about a Jack of all Trades! Sandi you are just amazing. Jack's home renovation is coming along great! You guys are such good parents.
Shout out to Carissa!! 👋🏻 Sheep look great. Always makes me smile to see the little lamb. Glad his eye is healed.
Love you guys ❤
Some of the little ones voices are ugly sounds. Don't know if I could get used to it LOL.
I think farmers are jack of all trades, at least my uncle was
Congrats on your 2 lambs per Ewe success!!! You have worked so hard for this. So proud of you Sandy. Take some time and celebrate yourself !! 💞
And of course Carissa too. Your right hand gal. Congrats you two!! 👏🏽
You asked the golden girls what they thought, they are thinking “would you shut those noisy babies up!” 😂
Mark is so calm and steady . You are lucky to have him Sandy Both of you make a great team.
Our little boy is so freaking adorable. I feel like a mama even though all I did was watch him in the video fight for his life and turn it to be this amazing boy.
Hay our hoodies for the day match I get so many comments and questions.
Sandi, you need to replace those awful gates in the lamb barn. Some nice aluminum ones that swing open would be nice for your backs. Love your channel. I wait patiently for each new episode. Thanks for what you do.
Is he going to be sold and slaughtered?
@chuckthebrindlepitty
I think we should wait and see having a friendly ram does not nesasarally save him if he grows too big, that's not good for the herd.Remember even tho we fall in love with individuals. THIS IS A BUISNESS.Notice how big Edward is almost too big for the equipment that opens him up to injury. In my opinion.
Sandi, you have been one of my favorite channels for years because you are real. My heart swelled with happiness and pride for your great accomplishment! Yeah!!!
The GGs are like ‘I believe we ordered breakfast in bed this morning- why is good help so hard to find ?!?’ 🤣😁
🤣🤣💕💕
Sandi.....girl, you got SKILLS! congrats on the lambs....Jacks basement looks wonderful.
Thank you for the drone footage and the sacrifice of your fingers 😮😊
Talking about the weather all the time is a Canadian thing.
Well done! Ignore the people shouting at you. You're helping to keep me sane right now, so thank you x
Congratulations for reaching your goal! You certainly put in the work. Jack, as well as Jess, are very lucky "kids". You two are always there to help, support and most importantly, love them. So happy for all of you.
Congrats! 1.96 lambs/ewe 4 u!
Did culling the less than productive ewes from the flock help achieve this goal?
Culling is one of the most difficult things for tenderhearted folks like Sandi and my dad. He tried to save EVERY calf, heifer, and cow-no matter how sick, challenged, or unthrifty. Heroics like tube feeding, intravenous cmpk or 50% dextrose or lactated ringers or hypertonic saline and drenching, intrauterine treatments, diagnosing twisted stomachs, aseptic milk sampling, striking bi or tri-plates and incubating and reading those cultures... the vets taught us to do on farm. The last 18 years after we expanded from milking 200 plus dry cows, heifers and calves-probably about 450 head...to 750 milking, plus dry cows, heifers, and calves-probably about 1600 head... we learned more of the vet tech skills than from the 1970's to 18 years ago. More animals brings more unusual stuff to see. Learning never stops!
Wow! My hat is off to your father! I want to personally thank him for his hard labor of love and supplying many with food & milk to warm our bellies!❤ (please share this with him)
Amazing!
Congratulations Sandi! Take time to celebrate even the small things! ❤❤
Tomatoes is so sweet! Just looking at her, she’s so loving ❤
Good morning. I had to take the 1st comment opportunity. I so look forward to your shows. It's one of my favorite things to do. Thank you for being you.
Great job Brock family!!!!!
I love seeing Sandi so happy with her lamb results. And she is painting and decorating for Jack.
Love from Mike. ❤
Home Depot should give the Brocks a discount for their shout-out! 💕💕
🎊🎉🐑Congratulations🐏🎉🎊
On two🐏🐑 lambs per ewe!!! What an accomplishment!! So very happy for you, Sandi!! Enjoy all of your hard work, you and Carissa, both!! Congratulations again, Sandi!! 😊🐏🐑😍
Sandi your a great and amazing farmer and a great inspiration to all of us watching your videos. I’m glad Jess is doing much better and was finally able to return to college. She is an amazing and strong young woman just like you Sandi. Keep up the great amazing work you do. Just wish new videos were posted more often so we can enjoy your hard work and the sheep more often.
You're ironic statement about us watching.
Ever since I found your channel several years ago I have learned so much, so you're a teacher and through this medium You are able to help your mental health, venting is very helpful, and get feedback. I just wish you didn't take it to heart so much on the negative feedback just look at it logically.
Those comments that hurt your heart they do not live your path in life.
Your courage to do this is a testament to your resilience and I hope you would sort through the comments and take the gems that bless you and throw away the chafe.
You are a blessing in my world ❤
I love to listen when you talk about your sheep and show them even if it’s over and over. Love it
Happy to see you're using Benjamin Moore. No bargain to use cheap paint. Behr is good, too! Jack & Jill skilled in many trades! So impressive! ☺😄💕💕
You and your husband are such wonderful parents in so many ways. Such great examples of support, help, and love. I hope to have as great of relationships with my kids as they grow.
That looks like work to me!
Tomatoes says, “I love to hear my name!”
Tomatoes seems to have mellowed out 💕💕
Congratulations! You and Carissa are the epitome of hardwork pays off!
Weigh our weaners! Lol❤ ASMR painting with Sandi, Mark, and Jack.
Goals are Goals! Goals met are still and achievement. It is better to go slow and steady to win the race, than to go full blast and have to start over or fail completely. Especially since you are helping animals thrive! Way to go!!!!
Goal REACHED!!!! 😅. Congrats Sandi. Proud of you and glad to be a part of your journey. As always thanks for sharing with US. ❤
"I'm done with winter" Yeah, well winter isn't done with you." That is the same exact conversation that was held in my house this week. We went from negative 40 degrees F to above freezing and there was celebrations spring is coming. We are expecting -12 tomorrow.
Good morning from New Zealand where it is 6.01am. What a brilliant wake up call, only I was awake. 🇳🇿
CONGRATULATIONS on meeting your weaning goals of two lambs per ewe that’s GREAT !!!! ❄️🫠💚🙃
You are such a good parents hope your kids realize how lucky they are
Oh my god those mamas are hooligans! Sandi I'm a relative newbie to your channel (1 Year!) and thank you for the rest and relax. I know what hard work looks like from my early years as a landscaper and groundskeeper. I actually miss that work but at 71 it feels like I get back the vibe while watching your vids. My cup of coffee more enjoyable on "Sandi days". So enjoyable I hate to see the end of vid coming!! Great editing BTW.
You are such a good set of Parents!! There are not many who would give up time and help with the reconstruction in a basement. Most would say paint it yourself! hahaha, I just love watching you and your family interact daily with the farm and personal problems. WTG!!! Blessings
Looks like most of the snow is gone. That's too bad that the telehandler isn't back yet. That's great that the chores are going faster. Those lambs are very vocal. That cold lamb looks great. Always nice to see the Golden Girls. Having a big bucket of water sounds like a great idea. Going to the bakery sounds like fun. Getting Carrisa sounds like fun. That sourdough bread looks great. Very nice puzzles. That's too bad you've had some bad weather prior to spring. Very nice job on the basement. I love how excited Piper got when you two got home. I love how Piper ambushed Carissa when she came in. That's too cold. That's great that the weanlings are figuring out the water. More great work on the basement. Sounds like Carissa had fun. That's great that the moms are calmer after the weaning. Inflation, probably. Everything's more expensive these days post COVID pandemic. Those are some great weights for this lambing group.
Agree with the cost of paint. It's been a few years since I've purchased. My 91 year old Mother finally let me paint the interior of her house..OMG I bout crapped at the cost of paint!!! 😮 Jack's room is looking amazing! Love the color. Worth all the hard work. Just think of what you saved doing it yourselves! 💲 Congrats on the numbers! ❤🐑
IMHO, part of the cost of paint is the talc that's in it as a thickener.
When I was a trucker, I hauled some from the talc quarry to the paint plant. (Almost halfway across the US.) The talc has to be mined/quarried, cleaned, pulverized, & shipped before it's a paint ingredient.
Well done Sandi! Bookmark this goal so you can remind yourself if you’re having a bad day. I love your videos. They do a lot for me. ❤
Here in Alberta, We went from +8 on February 23 barely any snow and on February 26 got a dump of snow and now we are at -12 as a high.
In BC we’re back to ‘proper’ February weather too- it’s 0 degrees and precipitating (slushing?).
Congratulations on hitting 2 lambs/ewe weaned!🎉👏👏👏👏👏👏👏. That is a huge milestone! Good for you! 🥳
We're "enjoying" the not quite spring weather here. It was in the 70's yesterday. This morning there was a tornado about 150 miles from here and it is now in the 30's. So glad you have Carissa. No fuss, no muss, she gets things done!
Yesterday I left the house to take someone to the airport 2-1/2 hrs away and it was 60°. It took 4 hours to drive home in a blizzard. It was wild! The wind was blowing so hard there was a cold draft through the door handle.
Who else blew kisses to Tomatoes when she stuck her nose between the bars to say "Hi"?
💜 Much love from WV
Mamaw Pam
Congrats on the two lambs per ewe.
Congratulations on the work at Jacks house! Hard work paid off! Very nice!
Good Job, MOM!! And Good Job, Farmer Sandi! You are rocking it
Your son (and daughter) are lucky to have such great parents.
Congrats on achieving your milestone of 2 weaned lambs per ewe! Upward and onward! 👏👍🥰
EVEN WHEN, YOUR VIDEOS SHOW ALMOST ENDLESS WORK, THEY IMPART A SENSE OF DEEP PEACE. I AM GRATEFUL, THAT I CAN RECEIVE IT.
CONGRATULATIONS, ON #GOALS. ❤
Congrats Sandi on reaching your goal! Well done! 🎉 💫 ✨️ 👏
I used to be afraid that your dogs would be run over from the equipment but I have learned that they are pretty fast and know how to get out of the way.😅
13:43 Kinsey!!!!!! 😱😱😱😱😱
I'm worried that Kinsey or Lucy or Piper gets too close to those vehicle wheels & get hurt 😰
Same... Although right now they're very aware and good at getting out of the way, eventually they are going to get older... I imagine she will not let them be around vehicles as much at that point.
Sandi, you and your husband have the stamina of champions! I am always in awe of your capabilities and determination. The sheep are labor-intensive and you never skimp on their care. I just love watching what you do! 💐🐝🍃
I have been watching for quite a while and I will never tire of you spending time chatting with the lambs. It's become some of my favorite video you share with us. I love the one on one chats and the little ones look back like "mom I got this " don't embarrass me. 🐑
A good week! Jack's home repairs are almost done.... Great progress. Weening is complete. The Brock Family is making great strides❤. Love your videos Sandi ‼️❣️
Sandi I admire your work ethic and your love for your job. You take so good care of every single one of your precious group. When I'm old I wish someone will look as good after me like you look after the golden girls 😂. Your my comfort channel and I look forward to every single video of yours ❤
Congratulations for hitting that milestone. 12 years and two babies per mom. And your sons room that you guys fixed up looks wonderful. Is there anything a farmer can’t do?
Yes. Take time off. (I wish I was joking but sadly...)
Whether I’m crocheting or prepping dinner(UK time difference) I smile when I see those ‘golden girls’ or the Lambie Kins
🤍🐑🖤🐑🤎
Congratulations, Sandi !🎉🎊🎉 I really hope that you keep the ram bottle baby that you worked so hard to save.❤😊
Perfect timing Sandy I’ve just sat down for some me time ❤
Geez, those mamas were going at it! It hadn’t occurred to me that wool can also be a chock absorber ! It must really cushion the blow
Hate seeing bullies 💕💕
Yay for reaching Lamb Goals! 🎉🎉🎉 😊 A wonderful thing to celebrate. Especially because you have done it with patience, love, dedication, and with your Sheep in mind always. 💯🥰
Sandi, December is autumn. Winter starts 21st December. Just sayin'. You should try England. It has been raining since July, with storms and snow in the North. Lambing is a semi-aquatic activity this year.
Congratulations Sandi. So happy for you on meeting thT goal.
You and Mark are dedicated parents. So many would be suggesting different contractors to help do the basement work, but you two just take it on.
I'm happy to be here for your latest milestone Sandi! You deserve all the best and I have to say that you are great parents for teaching your children and helping them grow instead of just pushing them into the deep end. It matters.😊🧡💜🧡
Two per ewe ❤❤ that's an amazing goal reached, well done to you and Carissa for all the hard daily work and everyone else that makes it happen ❤
Working as a team is always a win, win.
Congratulations on two lambs per ewe.
I love the way that Sandi talks to people. I think that is why she has so many respectable people around her that we see. She values people, hard work and family. It shows in who surrounds her and supports her.
Morning Sandi....
Congratulations on the 2-Per goal...with all that hard work, you've set the bar up another notch in your operation!!😎
Jack's place looks fantastic!👍 He's very lucky to have you and Mark as his parents being able to help him learn the 'ins and outs' of being an adult and home ownership!!
Safe travels, friends ❤❤
Stay FROSTY...
Keep your powder dry and your head on a swivel...
🇺🇲🇨🇦WWG1WGA🇺🇲🇨🇦NCSWIC🇺🇲🇨🇦
Congratulations 🎉 Sandy and Carissa on accomplishing yout goal with this group of lambs ❤.
Congratulations on the weanling weighs! 🙏🙌❤️
Congratulations on reaching your goal!!! And Jacks place looks amazing 👏👏👏👏👏🤗❤️
Keep on with the crochet!!! It’s so good as mindfulness activity. My favourite pastime, aswell as watching your videos!!!
Looking forward to seeing how the Woobles projects come along. There are several classes teaching small critters. I'm entranced by the tiny dragons. The ones Sandi has chosen are darling too.
Please keep the bottle baby ❤
Watching you work on Jack’s place brings back memories. My husband and I did our two story house, hanging dry wall, floating it out, spackling it, sanding it, priming and painting. That after he and I carried in the 250 sheets of drywall. It makes me tired just
watching you. You guys did a great job.
That was thirty years ago. It took us a while just working on weekends. We moved to that house in 1997 and are now retired here. And we needed to be retired
after that. 😁
I admire you guys so much. You are awe inspiring workers..
I think that Sandy and I have the same type of Winter in mind: snow from 15 December to 15 January. Before that, it't too early, after that it's too long, icy, muddy.
Congratulations on your two lambs per ewe. Well done. Thank you for sharing your success with us. Love this channel very much.
I love my wobbles!!
Ok, that's the best and coolest paint name ever "Thunder-AF" !!! 😂
I was wondering what the color was. I like it.
Tomatoes looking at you was so cute
In Missouri Ozarks, we had 80 degree weather, yesterday, and it dropped to 24 last night. The cats woke me up piling on the bed, saying we need heat. 😂
had a good giggle at the motoring meteorology, totally agree March April May should behave more "Spring'y"
Ya gotta keep the little cold baby! He chose you.
@Lets_Talk-Official_SandiBrock I am an empty nester with 2 grown wonderful children. I know I really have no place commenting as I have raised( on a small scale) anilmals for consumption in my life. It’s just watching that little spirit with you speaks loudly- so I needed to share.
I love watching and am thankful for you’re real-ness as a business woman, mom & woman. You really have beautiful spirit. Thank you for letting us all track through your days with you.
I apologize if I’ve caused any negative anywhere- sending light and love from Minnesota, USA
🙏🏻
Sandi, the prices of everything has gone real bad. No matter what you try a d do. You succeeded at it all. Proud of you.
20:08 What a great idea as a tee-shirt for livestock farmers: "When do you weigh _your_ weaners?"😂🙏🏼🐑
Congratulations on making such a significant milestone!!!
Congratulations on your 2 lambs per Ewe. I have never raised lambs but have had goats some years ago. Jack's basement looks great.
I agree with you Sandy winter should be over after Christmas ! Glad to see this group thriving . They are great. Jacks basement looks very nice.
Congratulations. Well done. You deserve it.
The sheep puzzle, what fun!!!! I really enjoy your posts. I learn something new every time I watch your videos.
I noticed Jack's ceiling is open. Will that be enclosed or is he going with the "industrial" look? You and Mark are incredible parents and I get exhausted just watching you work! Congrats on the lamb goal you reached! ❤
Love the paint colour ! Good job guys!
Congratulations!🎉🎉🎉🎉
