At work in mid-March this year, a friend of mine and I were talking about cartoons we remember watching back in the 90s and early 2000's and this was one of the cartoons he had mentioned. It sounded very familiar, so I searched up the images of it on Google on my phone and I sure as hell remembered watching it when I was a kid. After searching up images of El Nombre, I came across this video containing all 26 episodes and when I got home from work later that afternoon, I downloaded it and transferred it to my iPod, so then my friend and I could watch El Nombre during our tea breaks at work. We started watching El Nombre the next day and since then during almost every break, him and I have sat on the couch and watched and enjoyed every episode of El Nombre over and over again. My favourite characters from the show are Juan, Mama and Tanto
I would like that, update the designs a little bit but without bastardizing them since they're supposed to be gerbils but look almost nothing like them. Like give them ears and tails. Also make them more expressive like actually make the mouths move and giving them more facial expressions cuz they just always had the same expression.
My friend and I have been watching El Nombre on my iPod at work during almost every tea break for nearly three months now and I still haven't got around to clicking "Like" on this. Better do it now before I keep putting it off
