because EIC was formed under a charter passed by british authority so they were bound to follow the instruction of British parliament.

i am following it, reached until citizenship. However, book reading is required, it's good for students who wants to know what's there I'm chapters,the explanation is crisp and pointed which I like it and all the more, with this vast syllabus he specifically points out what's important and what's not, I like his videos

But sir court of directors were already there before regulating act 1773
Court of director was not introduced by 1773
It was already there but was altered in 1773
It's just
1773 act extended there pecuniary limit to 1000 euro value share holder from 500 euro shareholder to elect court of directors and extended the term from one year to 4 year
