In ASAMI'S immortal words " we aren' t here to be cute, we are here to be heavy " ," we are Lovebites and we play heavy metall " , only one thing Asami , you are cute ( all of you ) but you play the best metal in the last 30 years.
I think these words were said by Miyako in an interview with Metal Hammer sometime in 2018.
@@skoob64 whatever ,you may be right in the part of be cute , the second sentece is asami's words in at least 4 recorded shows, asami usually ends the shows with " we are lovebites and we play heavy metal"
Remembering that Asami knows/sings Metal for only 4/5 years. 😎

@@lovebitesbrasilfans 5 to be exact , lovebites was founded in early 2016 , her first show was november 2016 , first EP may 2017 when miyako became a full member of the band , before may she was only a support player .and i dont understand your point of view , because before lovebites neither miyako or asami played metal , miyako was on " a drop of joker " and " 21 g " and asami on " vamps " and " uverworld " all the 4 are rock bands .in conclusion : miyako plays metal at the same time of asami .greetings from portugal🤘🤘
"This is perfection..." I've been watching the DVD and it documents a monumental achievement. It is two hours of perfection: glorious songwriting, overwhelming power on stage...you have to order it.

the blu-ray is a must buy, that will be the last one before a new concert... it's a shame that they are on hiatus now until they will find a new bass player :(
One of my favorite song in lovebites discography.
This show, "Ride For Vengeance" tour, "Heavy Metal Never Dies" Blu-ray/DVD is 'perfection' from start to finish. Two hours, 18 songs of perfection in a wide variety of Metal styles blended with other influences.
True story, two hours without any mistakes or vocal slips at this level.. this is absolutely awesome. In my opinion just X-Japan (including Taichi and Hide) and Dir en grey could compete at this level of perfection.

Set the world on fire was 1 of 7 songs never played live before making this the first (and probably the only time) this song will be played live by the original lineup since Miho the bassist and founder has decided to leave LOVEBITES. :(
This show was given in March 2021, and the album was released on Sep. 29th. The whole album is just fantastic. No dull piece just as they never have. I listen to it again and again.

"I don't have any words to say. This is perfection!" True of all Lovebites songs. 🙂 Lovebites take on Slayer and win! Even in the last chorus, Haruna is smiling and looking like she was playing a simple drum pattern for a pop song. Taking nothing away from Lovebites live playing but the superb audio mix in post production on their live DVD's/Blu-ray's is mastered by the same people who post produce Niughtwish's live material.
