Thank you soo much I have tried and tried to get Minecraft on a school computer FOREVER but putting it on a USB drive is even better because I can take it anywhere and not worry about storage or the schools servers.
WARNING: if you format your drive it will delete EVERYTHING on the drive, so save your data in a fold on your desktop.

It will boot up through the batch file to the login screen when I go login it tells me I have no Wi-Fi and when I test to see if I have wifi it says I have 0 packet lost idrk what to do at this point

Please know that you have to launch the game through the batch file or it will save the files to your computer and not the USB drive.
@SIakk the video tells you how, if you set it up correctly you should just be able to run the batch file and it will start.

it may get a little laggy when loading up the game and worlds but 5 seconds later it'll be fine.
school computer is the latitude and it didnt break it so I think it's fine.
I also use a separate folder for my skins.

I tired this in the middle of a snowstorm and got mad that it didn't work. I tired again the next day and it took 10 min and it works. You need to do alternative for exe file. It doesn't matter if ot says 7/8. Thx this video helped

Some school laptops will block the whole website so you're kinda lucky.
use another launcher that it doesn't recognize... there are several portable launchers you can get where you won't even have to do all of this hassle... and some of them have java built-in so even if the school computer doesn't have java it doesn't matter

You need to specifically download it to the flash drive by changing setting. If not you can just move the files manually
My Story is that, I was Playing Minecraft amd suddenly our Area's Lights went of And my PC got force Shut Down and when I started my PC and launched Minecraft it was showing Game Crash, I panicked a Lot because I had Survived 1500 Days in Minecraft and my all 2 Year Efforts would have gone in a minute l, but then I Made a backup of my world and then with the help of this Dude I can finally Play Minecraft on My PC through USB

if you log in on your pc then plug it into the other pc, will it still require you to login on the other computer? because if so, the mc server required to login could also be blocked :/

You might be able to bypass the network restriction with a VPN. But I haven't tried
you can use a free vpn that you put on the usb in a separate folder and run the vpn and connect then open minecraft

this tutorial only works for java, all bedrock variations have to be done through the microsoft launcher

Didn't work the school computers need an openGL and the bach file does not launch. nvm the bach launched but the openGL wont work. GLFW error 65542: WGL: The driver does not appear to support OpenGL
