As someone who was born in Roswell (now living in Spokane) I cannot thank you enough for showing the spirit that drives a small community. With that being said, my heart goes out to the men women and children affected by the massive floods, some of which were first responders.
This event seems so much more attainable than the full-on drag and drives. Balancing the racing with family time and some real tourism sounds absolutely fantastic to me...
We should all be so blessed to have a friendship like Steve and Tom have😊 BTW I have to agree with Steve, that Dodge of Tom’s is fugly! Cheers from Tokyo!
Thank you Tom and the team for great coverage of your fun event. Well done Steve for taking the win in your battle 🏆 Looking forward to the next one from 🇬🇧🍻
Thank you for the awesome videos of route666. I really enjoyed the sights and the racing. The competition between Tom and Steve was bad to the bone you take to guys that are used to run real fast down the track and put them in cars that are slow in comparison to there usual rides and they showed it didn't matter how fast your car is you can come out and have a great time with drag and drive.
It was definitely a fun vacation Tom. Glad my son and I went along. Just got back to MI myself in a car that survived the road trip and racing. Looking forward to Michigan Miles!
Bailey's foot controller was hampered by a faulty hearing aid sensor. Bailey said he's taking track language classes during the winter and he's also building a new car "The Anal Probe for next season and it's going to be a real pain in the ass for Steve Morris.
I'm going next time if my wife let me use her minivan!😂😂 I believe me and my sons might do this with my 86 silverado or 55 belair, mainly for the drives and views
That moisture that followed you guys to Roswell ended up collapsing a levee out at the brown brothers ranch that just destroyed part of Roswell. Roswell Ford got flooded so bad it washed trucks a half mile away . Some neighborhoods are just basically lost.
20 years ago I knew a guy in Oregon that claimed to have the fastest street car Robert Morrison had the El Camino that was pushing the 7's and it was fast
I am going to run it next year. One thing about me running it . I well be the first time as far as I know to be the first one to do a Drag & Drive in a wheelchair. Does anyone know if there has been a Driver in a wheelchair do the Drag & Drive?? I use to run NHRA I ran 7.62@165 1/4 I did it for 7 years. Started in the late 90s into the 80s. I always wanted to get back into it again. Then there was know Drag & Drive. I ran at MAR in Missouri me an my friend and my Chimpanzee Tuffy. So much fun!!!
This was a cool deal for people that don't have deep pockets and for some that do well maybe we car get Larry Larson on this deal Tom Im Amarillo and I never seen any body trying to get the right time slip 23 pass's that's a hard charger a ward for sure
I'm getting a headache listening to Steve Morris whine about all the stuff he has to do at the line. Maybe drag racing isn't for him. Maybe he should take up checkers or something. Try running back to back passes in a car with a manual with no aids just slipping clutch a bit off the line. You Steve I know could not do that. Here's hoping Tom Bailer wins he's great not annoying like Steve.
I wanna see you do what you just told Steve to do because judging by you're channel you're no racer so until I see you do the same 5-6 second passes he does you have literally 0 right to speak
@theunhingedgamer3762 A-Fucking-Men. It's amazing the " experts " out there. I saw 2 guys having the time of thier lives with regular vehicles, not working about the absolute lowest ET. I'm actually watching Steve talk about timing right now. He's forgot probably 3/4 more than I will ever know.

Born and raised there too. RHS C/O 88. My Sister is out North, they got hammered.
Watching Steve and Tom battle all week for nothing but bragging rights was great entertainment. Seemed like a great event.
2 guys that run low 6 second quarter cars, battling it out in 7 second 8th mile cars is hilarious. Enjoyed the vids. Looks like a blast.
This event seems so much more attainable than the full-on drag and drives. Balancing the racing with family time and some real tourism sounds absolutely fantastic to me...
Great fun watching Tom and Steve having such a great time. Thank you for all the great videos.
I'm in Australia, watching on the couch is my only option.
from my perspective you are watching this upside down, if Australia actually exists.
Yes we fell off the bottom of the flat earth. Would love to have trips like these over here.
Thanks Tom for promoting these events, it must help out these smaller tracks that are so needed to keep drag racing available for regular people.
My wife and I had so much fun at just one track on Sick 66 that we are considering joining Sick Ward for the summer event!
This was the most fun drag and drive I ever watched
I've never heard a more accurate description of the way a car looks.
We should all be so blessed to have a friendship like Steve and Tom have😊
BTW I have to agree with Steve, that Dodge of Tom’s is fugly!
Cheers from Tokyo!
Steve did you really have to say Hillary Clinton in a red pants suit? Gonna have nightmares keeping me up all night tonight. Thanks buddy.
Thank you Tom and the team for great coverage of your fun event.
Well done Steve for taking the win in your battle 🏆
Looking forward to the next one from 🇬🇧🍻

Thanks for sharing this event, fun between Tom and Steve.

Loved the coverage. Great videos and editing. The Tom and Steve battle was epic. Good stuff!

Another epic event in the books !
Last day 😂 lead foot 1 & 2. Hope you both enjoyed the journey 😊
Oh hell yeah bikes finally thank you I’m in!!!!!🎉😊😊😊
Great job TB

Great week of rippin' rubber!
My #1 on my bucket list is to do a drag and drive, it’s all I want and it all I dream of. Maybe some day. 🇺🇸🏁👍🏻
Soylent Green is people!!!
Tasty, too. Have you seen Mr. Donner?
Probably ur best 👌 videos ever loved this battle between u and Steve
8:46 Steve commenting on how ugly Tom’s truck is. I laughed so hard, I had to pause this video.
Are your front wheels cracking because they are too small for the weight of the truck and the rough road?
Very cool
Man I hope we can get into sick smokies
Racers always want to win. Friendly fun
Dang it Steve, keep your cylinder depth probe in its case. 😜
20 years ago I knew a guy in Oregon that claimed to have the fastest street car
Robert Morrison had the El Camino that was pushing the 7's and it was fast
Question how many thousands of kilometers did you both do? Balley you're in front on the runs. keep the content coming...
Love the content 🎉🎉 I need to win a ride along 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Heck yeah buddy
To be that close after 6 days of racing when you factor in all the variables is just insane. 🤯
Looks like it was a blast! What was the attrition ? How many started and finished the whole thing?

Roswell got flooded. Hope all participants are safe.
Oh, fer cripe sake, who ran off the big end and knocked the tail off of that plane?
Who is running that Black cuda at the end ?
Rather have 2dr like Tom's than a 4dr
The Trailblazer is a much better looking vehicle than the Ramcharger.
This was a cool deal for people that don't have deep pockets and for some that do well maybe we car get Larry Larson on this deal Tom Im Amarillo and I never seen any body trying to get the right time slip 23 pass's that's a hard charger a ward for sure
People eating people @ 24.59
The only thing that would have made the Bailey/Morris battle better was if Dewey was riding shotgun with Steve.
What engine is in Tom Baileys car?
3.0-liter Hurricane Straight-Six Turbo
Stevo army methanol forever
Being prettier than Hillary Clinton is a very low bar Steve!
FORZA 5!!!!!!!!
Lol
can you edit out the F bombs?
Wazzz up
Sorry Steve ill take the rare Ram Charger over the ghetto trailblazer.
Is it just me or does anyone else think there’s something off with the camera? Everything seems so washed out.
Sorry Steve you do NOT win the better looking truck. That thing is hideous ugly. Tom's truck is way cooler looking.
I'm getting a headache listening to Steve Morris whine about all the stuff he has to do at the line. Maybe drag racing isn't for him. Maybe he should take up checkers or something. It’s called banter. How many 5/6 second passes have you made ?
I wanna see you do what you just told Steve to do because judging by you're channel you're no racer so until I see you do the same 5-6 second passes he does you have literally 0 right to speak
I'm guessing you have no friends judging by the negative comments you make.
