Journey Through Middle Earth, Chapter 12: The Bridge of Khazad-Dum

Chapter Twelve. Frodo has been tasked with taking the ring to Mordor to destroy it. He will not be going alone. A fellowship is formed of nine companions.
Travelling through the deep, dark of Moria, they have fought their way out of Balin's Tomb. Followed by a mad dash to escape from the fabled city of Dwarrowdelf. The end of the darkness is in sight, with the bridge before them. But, there are drums in the deep.
Welcome to the thirteenth episode of our Journey Through Middle Earth. We aim to tell an epic tale based on the events of the Lord of the Rings. The story follows our heroes as they attempt to destroy the One Ring in the fiery chasm of Mount Doom. Will it be Frodo who succeeds or will he fall along the way, only for another to take up the burden. All is possible, the games will decide the outcomes.
We are using the Middle Earth Strategy Battle Game rules and modified scenarios throughout.
