I really loved this video. I think Pamela Colman Smith's a genius. It's art and it's more than art. I love some versions more than others but I actually like them all. I have a couple of yellow boxes from the 70's, they're probably my favorites. Not quite Blushing Fools, I think they're just past that, but as close as I've gotten thus far. The card stock slides like buttah. We're so lucky to have Tarot. You open your soul to the Universe, change your life and your understanding of life forever and you start building this collection that is endlessly fascinating too! It's sounds flippant but I really mean it. Anyway, I loved seeing your ten favorite RWS decks (though they may have changed since this was filmed). So cool. Thanks, Simon.

In the first one of these you did, you talked a bit about how you were only considering decks that used Pixie's artwork. The JK is fully redrawn. I'm pleased as punch you chose it, but if I had placed bets on your top 10, I would have lost because of JK. 😜
Was watching an episode of “Charmed” where a character’s using a deck and I was like I know I’ve seen that one on one of Simon’s walk-throughs. Turns out it’s number 8, Golden Rider! ,
I agree about the "Study Deck". The more I use it, the better i like it. It has a lovely mauve cast to the backgrounds which is yummy. Rivals the US Games non copyright to me! So authentic.

There is a Pam A on EBay right now for 1600.00 and it’s only 77 cards 😂 All great choices Simon. I also like Study deck.. I think you would like the 1909 deck by Drive Through Cards.. it’s very close to study deck.. the card is a bit lacking but nothing horrible I’m currently looking for a Blushing fool but I’m not in a rush.. thanks my friend..
That Pam A is missing way more than 1 card. It's only got 30 cards: the majors, kings, and aces. Literally *everyone* who keeps tabs on vintage Rider decks knows it is waaaaay overpriced.

It's done through Make Playing Cards. This is the link to the specific product. www.makeplayingcards.com/design/custom-tarot-tin-box.html You just upload your own art under "Start My Design." It accepts jpg, jpeg, bmp, png, gif, tif and tiff files. The minimum resolution is 481 x 783 pixels (150DPI), and file sizes have to be under 32 MB.
A lot of the tin covers that Simon has are ones that Moon Baby (Brant) and I designed. I think most (if not all) of the ones Simon has shown can be found in the "Files" section of the Hermit's Cave Facebook Group.
