@@BassxWR My thinking exactly, this guy could be a new driver and even if he is not there could be so many reasons why he was going slow. He could have a problem with the clutch or anything else. Maybe he even doesn't wanna accelerate fast. Why go and smash his mirror? In my opinion smashing someone's mirror for any reason is unacceptable. Everyone can make a mistake. I was watching some other videos where a car passed with a yellow light (which is perfectly legal) and the biker just accelerated as fast as he could so he could honk to him. Some people even honk/smash someone's mirror for changing a lane in front of them. If someone makes a mistake just tell them that they made a mistake and they will understand (except for some people that also think that they can't make mistakes). But even if the other driver is a jerk there is no need to smash their mirror.

I seriously loose a little bit more respect for my "fellow riders" every time I watch one of these videos. People like MaxSend are a true example of everything wrong with the sport. Im sure one day he will reap what he sows.

supposedly he got in a pretty bad wreck and quit riding, serves him well. i understand if the car had actually done a single one of the things he told the cop, but he was just driving slow.
i don't get it, i started with a 125cc and now own a zero S. i like speed, I like acceleration. But now that I own this power under my ass it's 99% of the times choosing not to use it. People aren't perfect.... they're driving home from work after a nightshift or aren't really comfortable behind the steering wheel. We all make mistakes, so drive accordingly to it.

I'm no biker myself, but I would think being directly behind a truck that size is dangerous. Common sense would think maybe be offset to the driver's side so the truck driver can see you would be the best approach. Just my opinion.
Excellent point that is why you never pull up that close to a tractor trailer, always want to be able to see their mirrors.

Most drivers scan their mirrors and think they have room to do a lane change. The biker is usually speeding in traffic and makes his own hazard and then complains. If Max Send dies in traffic its because he is begging for it.
Yes and no... He needs to realize the difference he is. People are not expecting his speed. Only one light at night, our eyes don't work that way. Hard to judge the speed/distance of someone on a bike. The person on the bike needs to realize this. "Drivers", of cars, don't mean to cut bikers off. it is just hard to judge. Everyone needs to be aware. But people on bikes really need to understand. Car on car collision is usually just damage to a car.. Car on bike damage results in severe injury or death, for the person on the bike. Be aware, be safe.

Of course mindful of the back but it could have been possible that the truck driver thought the biker left or he didn't notice it before. Honestly that's why my dad stop riding.

The lady with the stick is actually right, she owns the property and the utility pays a right of way. Only the utility has rights to access not the public.
I understand the confusion because these places are often used as public access because the owners don't care. It doesn't mean it is legal

We own a gas pipe line in NY. They cant just access it has to be business related. They arent allowed to just come in on their day off and joy walk. The gas company can even cut trees and branches if it is in the way of their access. Theres guidelines the power company has to follow. None of which include public access. There is usually a signed document with agreed upon rules (depending on utility and company). Whats allowed in one case is completely different in the next. The one common between all is that they are not public access. They had no trespassing signs up and worldwide that means stay off. Not a complicated topic on that behalf. ALL private land requires permission from the owner to access or its trespassing. Just because you ride it all the time doesnt mean youre not trespassing. Some people own property 50 plus miles (even another state) from where they live so they cant be around to tell you get off. Respect peoples property. They pay alot of money for punks to just invite themselves in without permission.

Better to think one step further, "if you cant see the driver he cant see you". some times you might see his mirrors but he still cant see you, trucks have a big blindspot on the passanger side. Cabovers also have a blind spot in front at about 6 meter. i know because i had a Volvo v90 hiding there that i rear ended, i was at fault but still. Allways possition yourself so that the driver can see you and you him (if you are behind) and dont hug the passangerside of trucks for long.

I over corrected, grabbed at the brake mid turn and low speed low sided. I was all pissy because she never stopped and I had a green turn light and she had a red. For a couple years i was hot every time I thought about that. I was pretty quickly able to recognize my mistakes leading to the drop but I couldn’t move past how it was her fault. Then one day I’m riding home from the direction she was coming from at about the same time of day and noticed that the turn lane she was in had a green light at the same time as the lane I was in that day...in the morning, that is not the case. It’s the only light in town that changes its sequence at different times in the day. It was never her fault. If I had been able to confront her that day I would have made a serious ass of myself and probably gave her a bad opinion of motorcyclists in general. It’s hard to let things go when you’re angry, but it’s often the correct thing to do.
@@MacDaddy5 got into an accident just last month because of an idiot rider who made a u-turn in a corner and i grab the brakes so i don't hit him. Im a little bit angry that time and some little bit of adrenaline but i relax a bit and kindly tell him to look first before turning and everything was ok. Just chill a bit so you can think and act better

Biker had a cap gun and the pickup driver responded with a shotgun.

The property law states if the state gives a person the right of way to a lnd owner it is still state's property. The state is paying that person to watch and maintain the property. And a right of way with power lines on it is to public property cause I work for United States Infrastructure Corporation, so I know what is public and what isn't, so you 2 idiots need to read the law on the right of way of property lines.
