    Hi, excellent review and so detailed. You did not mention what the rear wall panels are constructed of. Are they the same construction as the side walls or different. Please be specific. Thanks

    Great video, very informative. Would this be similar build to a 2022 Micro Minnie?

    • @DoesSizeMatter
      @DoesSizeMatter  3 месяца назад +1

      Yes it should be very similar. I don't think their were any major structural or material changes in those 2 years. Thanks for watching.

    I have a 2020 micro mini 1706 FB the wheel well is is super thin sheet metal

    • @DoesSizeMatter
      @DoesSizeMatter  3 года назад

      Yes we agree, it is sheet metal which is better than many we see which are plastic or just the underbelly material. Thanks for watching.

    Thank you so so much for this wonderful video, this is very helpful! Do you happen to know the R-value of the fiberglass insulation?

    • @DoesSizeMatter
      @DoesSizeMatter  3 года назад +2

      We do not know the R-Value of the specific insulation product they use. R-Values in RVs are very tough to calculate and compare to each other as each manufacturer calculates their R-values based on different things, so you are not comparing apples to apples when it comes to R-value. The details that make one trailer better insulated than another would be how thick the insulation is, how thick the walls and roof are, what products are being used, is the underbelly enclosed and are windows single or double pane. Hope that helps. Thanks for hanging out and watching.

    Can’t believe the walls are Pinch rolled. Pinch rolled side walls would greatly lower my quality assessment of Winnebago Winnie Minnie series. However, it seems to work for them.

    • @DoesSizeMatter
      @DoesSizeMatter  3 года назад +1

      We would rather see vacuum bonding but pinch rolled is more common and does reduce cost. You are right it does seem to be working for them as we have not heard of a bunch problems with delamination. Thanks for watching.

    I am looking forward to your Minnie series! Could you explain awning toppers for slides? What are they? Do RVs come with them or do you have to install them yourself? Thanks!

    • @DoesSizeMatter
      @DoesSizeMatter  5 лет назад +1

      Great we are looking forward to sharing some more. The slide toppers are little awnings attached to the exterior wall and the outer edge of the slide. Their function is to cover the top of the slide when it is in it's extended position. Just helps to shed water and help avoid leaves and the such from settling on top of the slide which could become a problem when you pull it in. Absolutely anything you can do to avoid water getting near any opening on your slide is helpful. Some RVs come with them for others, almost any, it is an option you can add. We would not install them ourselves but I'm sure there are lots of handy folks out there that could and you may even find a 'how to video' on youtube for that but you won't find it on our channel 😉. Looking forward to showing you more of the Winnebago Minnie Series. Stay tuned. Thanks for watching.
