I've used this brand for several years now on various phones. I vouche that it is a solid built case. I've had hammers fall on my phone nails guns dropped on it fell on welding tables been stepped on even sparks thrown on it. Still holds up well. I have the Samsung a53 now with this case only problem I have with it is one side or the other the front cover and backing won't lock together all the way.
I have used this case for 3 years on a google pixel 4a i really love it. I work in a factory and my phone goes thrue a beating... falling down sparks and dust but the display protector collects dust behind it i have cut it out with a scharp knife and use a hig quality glass on the screen it works extremely well

I have had this case for over a year now and its great but the protective front is scratched now, can I purchase just the front part of the screen for this case please?
How do you take the phone apart?
I have had two cases for two samsum phones and I gotta say they are pretty solid I dropped them many times and the phones were fine, the only "weak point" I found is something I'm not even sure I'm suposed to be doing and that is using the stand as a ring for holding the phone it works nice for that but I have broken the stand in both cases 😅
I would definitely try to get a refund for that as they advertise that you can use the stand like that on Amazon atleast.
@Emilbarrit2 they do? I never saw that, it does work for me to use the stand like that, but I just thought I was the only one who used it like that. I haven't emailed them or anything but I might have to now that I know

Lol used to be the cheap knock off of the otterbox, belt clips all ways broke on mine

Is it possible to have a tempered glass on the screen underneath the in-built screen protector of the Supcase?
Just pop out the built in protector, put it in so just under boiling water and it'll pop righoff. Then use some rubbing alcohol to get last of glue off.
Got a replacement case.. Another problem with this case I missed at the beginning.....
The side panel ( Edge Panel) is not accessible... You can't open it...
Hello, have you tried to increase its' width ( Settings -> Display -> Edge panels -> Handle - it has width and size(how long is the panel) ) ...

Yes I can confirm that you can. I have this exact case for the GALAXY A53 5G you have to put some work but you can remove it.

no, its made of weak plastic
Thats the thing... i bought it 2 days ago the only thing that concerns me îs the plastic front and the little hole for the camera îs gettin dust throught it and goes în the display

It's overrated cheap flimsy garbage - For one, the screen protector is junk, get a high quality tempered glass one, also the belt clip is flimsy and breaks easily, it's even sold on amazon like many of the 3rd party sellers on amazon good luck getting support at all. Dust gets accumulated between the cover and screen, creating permanent damage on the actual screen, poor adhesion, bubbles, flimsy construction, I dunno why honestly people like this crap. You spent hundreds of $ on a phone, you can cough up money and get Otter-box defender + a real solid screen protector, not some flimsy plastic junk.
Otterbox defender pro is much better. Built in screen protectors are trash.
