It's your mistake. The rear door lift supports are new, but the brackets attached with the screws are very rusty. You probably bought aftermarket lift supports, and reused the original mounting system. When you reassembled the old gaskets, they allowed water to enter. This is what happens when you skimp on small jobs, you always pay more.
This just started happening to mine this week😢 What a horrible design flaw!! Did you do everything yourself? Or just the prep work and have a certified electrician swap the control unit? Class action lawsuit anyone??
Interesting I have the same issue with my Lexus RX 400h I'm told that the battery is dead because of a lot of water there. Did you change the battery and or what other parts did you get?
What a brilliant video Lexus should do something about this problem .Post more updates on your car and how it has kept dry
Thx for the presentation, sry for the troubles. I haven't had this but will perform inspection & prevention.
Why is this not a warranty case? I mean it should not be possible that water reaches so far?
Have change the power unit still write check hybrid system pls help out, is it compulsory to stcrew back to bolt before it will ready
And I scanned it, the code is p3030 means there is disconnection between Ecu and the battery

@@mabjawaidyeah unfortunately I had to get a new battery which was expensive but comes with a 18 month warranty.
Do you have a part number?
