What I like about your videos is it to the point and you don't like other Podcasters talk throughout this whole video you either talk in the beginning or the end and I like that. I'm glad I discovered your channel
I just graduated in Mechanical Engineering and I hate it. Between student loans, car payment, rent, and utilities I can barely afford to live and had to move back in with my parents. I wish I majored in something like being a doctor to make more money. When your counselors tell you to really consider your major, I wish I would have listened.
I know many people don’t like it, especially women, but it has to be said. If you are struggling yourself, then nobody should have any kids. Only fools do that kinda stuff. I find many women think they can have as many kids as they want to from different loser guys and expect others to pay the bill. That nonsense has all gotta stop.
What gets me is these women go having all these kids then complain about what they cost. I never had kids because I know they cost too much. It's like they create their own problems then complain about them. And where are their dead beat guys at?
That guy who showed his wife’s place in philippines is relatable being a filipino immigrant. That’s why i’m so used not living in huge places and luxury.

Back in 93 wages was $490 per week, $147 Mortgage payment per week, 30 year loan, 3 bed room 1 bath 1 garage built in. $130,000 purchase price $110,000 loan $80 food, per week 2 adults 2 rugrats $20 Fuel for the week, 0.57 cents liter, 60 liter tank 1990 Toyota Camry. full tank lasted a fortnight. $30 car rego/insurance, per week , yearly bills x 52 $1560 $10 phone, per week, monthly bill x 4.3 $43 in this era local calls cost money, trunc, std and international all cost arms and legs per minute $10 power, per week, quarterly bill x 13 $130 $213 left over for saving, clothing, outings, birthdays whatever else life threw at you. You Gen Y and Gen Z have it way easier.

So the third guy is comparing a price of a home that had to built by you to a 4 room home today. You can't compare the two because one you have to build the other you pay someone else to build. I am not saying the numbers wouldn't be much larger now, but that is a dumb comparison.

Because of job transfers my son with 4 children has had to move 7 times for job transfers We learned very quickly how much smarter it is to donate everything or discard everything ..keeping only documents ..all of the photos got sent to the "cloud. " They moved around the state and the last one..1,600 miles.There are thrift stores everywhere..Walmart..The last move they kept a printer..computer..safe.. electtic bikes on the back of the 2 cars..They secured a home before moving .. So it may be as not easy. However they're alive has easier in the long run by making the move that they made for financial reasons. Most of the effort actually was done in advance of the move by getting rid of everything. .
