    Thank you for the information. Everyone please be aware of entering 30 day reasonable accommodations programs from federal agency's before you have reached MMI as well if your injured on the Job. Do your HW on HR tactics.

    I got 2 of the workers compensation doctors that said I’m 100% disabled November we’re going to have a hearing on permanently disabled that should help me out don’t you think if their own doctors are saying I am 100% disabled?

      I’m dealing with the same situation. I believe we have the right to challenge the P&S Report and The Ratings Report.

    How about if I reached mmi and insurance company wants to settle but I haven’t got a offer from my lawyer

    • @GonzalezLawEmpower
      @GonzalezLawEmpower 3 года назад

      TheDon,
      Are you: Saying that the insurance company has given an offer but you are attorney is refusing to presented? Or are you saying that the insurance company has requested a demand from your attorney but your journey is not giving them one?
      It could be that your attorney has not gotten around to a case valuation yet. I would request a meeting with your attorney to discuss settlement. That should help motivate your attorney to focus on your case and do a case valuation to prepare for your meeting.

    What’s the the difference between actual MMI and anticipated MMI date

    • @alwaysforever213
      @alwaysforever213 9 месяцев назад

      MMI is your maximum recovery level, while the other is what they anticipate you'll have by the set date.

    closer to reaching MMI from my fractured ankle injury in June 2020. recently just had my screws removed last week and my ankle is feeling a lot better without it. Is there a ball figure to determine What I might receive in PPD benefits after reaching MMI? I know its hard to determine that due to not having a rating yet.

      Just wondering how everything went in regards to your PPD. I'M currently getting TTD, but my Dr is talking about MMI. Were your PPD Payments at least 75% of what your TTD payments were?

    So i was found at mmi. August 24th 2020. And during the time i was off on workman comp. My ssdi claim was also approved. The ssi. Admin went back to May 2019 whish was 1 month prior to my workman comp being approved. So with that being said. I started collecting. 15$ from my ssdi. As of june. And 106$ ssi bc of only getting 15$ an also got my 678 mo in workman comp. Now tht i am at mmi as of august 2020. Will my ssdi be adjusted as so bc for sept in income all i have recieved is 106$ An 15$ i have reported an sent proof of my mmi an termination of workman comp payments. I guess id like to know how long do i have to wait for the difference the ssi owe me starting sept an if it takes longer then sept like into october will i get for time since i stopped getting the workman comp benifits

      Please be careful when you settle your claim to include an addendum which extrapolates your settlement amount to apply over your lifetime. i.e. you get the money at once but it is meant to be applied over your lifetime. Otherwise your SSDI money will be reduced or stop for awhile as they will take credit for all of your settlement at once.
