It does seem like Z is trying to make a point by sitting by H, and everyone looks surprised. These two. The song is so stupidly romantic and that’s how they chose to express themselves to each other at 19 and 20.. 😭 Maybe the messing around was becoming the one thing they couldn’t live without.

Wow! I've never seen them perform Little Things side by side. Seems Harry was a bit mad at Zayn and Zayn was trying to patch things up with Harry. The other boys' reaction is very telling.
It does seem like Z was trying to make a point. Even Harry looked surprised. As far as I know this is the only time he did this, but I could be wrong.
@@zarrycentric probably cuz I've seen so many of their performances and have never seen them sitting together up there. Especially since Zayn is scared o heights. That's how much he cares for H if he was willing to go out on a ledge for him, literally! 🤗🤗

It would be lovely for them to perform together again … but it would be more difficult to arrange, and with Liam saying so many things while under the influence of alcohol, things that should have remained private … not sure if he’s been totally forgiven yet! I hope he’s getting the help he needs! I’ve always thought he was very sensitive and it surprised me to learn how far back his troubles with alcohol began. He didn’t just share the other guys problems, he was very candid about his drinking before a performance! Does anyone know why he drank before they hit the stage? Did he have anxiety as well, because I’m still in shock about Harry having any issues with stage fright! Even saw a video in which Zayn called him the perfect pop star and I completely agree about Harry being a born entertainer! If he still struggles with stage fright he hides it well, and he’s said performing for a crowd is his favorite part about being in the music industry! I’m sure touring is just as difficult for him as we hear it is from others, but he seems to thrive on it and since he hates to be alone, he has surrounded himself with friends/band mates! Loneliness is what you hear about from band members to solo artists … going from a crowd of thousands of people who give you so much love and energy to a quiet hotel room or tour bus has to be a stark experience. They really relied upon each other while in 1D and the best groups do! I’m sorry I’ve written a novel here🫢 … it’s been awhile since I watched a video of them all and it is almost Christmas and I’m feeling nostalgic! Happy Holidays to those who read this!😽💚💛💋
I don't think the boys are upset with Liam at all. Louis defended him in a few interviews recently. If you watch the whole podcast, you can tell that Liam was trying to play it cool with the guys but meant no harm with his comments. So many things were taken so out of context that he really didn't deserve the hate. As for the drinking during touring, Liam has said that since they were literally locked away in their hotel rooms, there was not much else to do in there but hit the mini bar. He did it mostly to cope with their hectic touring schedule and restrictions for getting outdoors because of safety concerns. Happy holidays to you as well!

Liam talks a bit more succinctly about his experience in the band and what was behind his alcohol abuse. I'm not a fan of his - not a hater either, he just doesn't interest me much - but watching that Paul podcast was so difficult. He seemed very vulnerable and desperate to impress the other horrible men in the room, who kept pushing and subtly manipulating him into saying more ridiculous things. Yes, he still went into that room with those men, and he still said those things, which is telling of what goes on in his head and why he is in the situation he is in, and that's from his own choices and words. As unfortunate as it was, it did give a certain insight into some of the dynamics of the One Direction machine, whether he was exaggerating or not. He also indicated that there were things he and Zayn would never agree on. Have you ever wondered how the other three may have felt about Zayn breaking Harry’s heart so many times? (I know it's probably more nuanced than that but still). I bet it would be hard for them not to have an opinion. Anyway, I hope that he has spoken to Zayn privately since the interview.

The romantic in me would love for them all to perform together again, or even be seen together 🥰. But they’ve all grown and changed and that’s natural, so it may never happen.. sigh.
Poor Liam. I feel like what he said on that podcast didn’t really affect his relationship with the other guys much, more his public perception and fanbase. If he’s still good with them, they would love, understand and forgive. If he’s not good with them, it wouldn’t change that.
I hope that Z is in a place where he feels he can reach out to people, or be reached out to, but I am the last to judge him if he’s not.
I think they all had levels of anxiety to some extent, although how it affected them on and off stage was different for each.
Harry is a born performer, but still said this year he was nervous for Coachella because it was something he’d never done before. He’s a natural entertainer, but I think part of him is also very self-conscious. It does seem like he’s found a way to tour that works for him, and hopefully that remains true. He’s been touring on and off for over ten years 😳 so if it’s not working for him that’s a problem lol.
