Do you the headmovement while eating etc. by urself or is it automatic. It does not look ao good when i play, so i assume that you move the head by hand.
You make Tarkov look so relaxing and fun... Then i have to remind myself that Tarkov is almost never like this, and it's probably best to just watch it rather than play it.

It only drops on Reshala (The scav boss who spawns on customs).
