Jisne 8 marla DHA Home 17000000 ka market se lia woh abhi 45 lac negative pe hay. Oper se DHA Homes ke monthly utility charges highest hein. Awam sach mein mushkil mein hay isliay ap realistic point of view dia karein ta ke atleast awam ap se naraz na ho.
Aoa, The point of view is absolutely realistic, brother. I stand with the affectees and hope they get their due profits soon inshaAllah. Dollar..., construction..., age..., time... etc. All these factors are there, but I try to live in the present time, and i don't support crying on what we have lost. You and I both can crib on what we have lost, we can abuse the developers and curse a few, but would that help ? I am sure it won't, so brother, hold if you can and wait for a brighter tomorrow as inshaAllah it will come. Plus, if you are looking for some fine investment, consider DHA Phase 7 (Ex-Valley) on my suggestions.

No doubt DHA Valley acha project hay aur hur kisi ke liay iss mein potential hay. Gain bhi ho ga. Jisne investment ki usay bhi faeda ho ga, jisne ghar banaya woh bhi faeday mein rahay ga lekin TIME matters. 50-60 years ki average life mein TIME really matters. Obviously hamein files mein invest nahin karna chahiay tha, ye hum subki ghulti hay. Lekin ab jou ho chuka usay hum change nahin kar saktay. Meri tou life time saving sirf DHA mein hay. Aur mein kisi aur risk mein pernay ke liay na tayyar hon na hi koi aur iss qabil hay jispe aetabar kia jaey. DHA mein bhi safe investment samajh ke invest kia tha aur abhi bhi afsoos nahin hay kiun ke DHA atleast hamein settle karnay ki koshish tou kar raha hay. Baqi private housing societies ne awam ka maal bhi khaya aur awam ko wahan se kuch milnay ki umeed tak nahin hay. Roz fraud pe fraud ka pata chalta hay. Hamari society Allah ke azab ko dawat de rahi hay. At least hamein iska part nahin banana chahiay. Aur DHA se yehi umeed hay ke woh hamari zindagi mein hamara haq hamein dein gay. Already bohat se hamaray sathi qabron mein pohanch chukay hein. Apse yehi expectation hay ke haq aur sach ke sath kharay hon aur DHA ko bhi sharam dilaein ke ab bohat time ho chuka hay. DHA walay baray log hein aur inke paas resources ki kami nahin hay.
