Property taxes and homeowner insurance are skyrocketing!
If people start losing their jobs they will be living on the streets or the cities will build them tiny homes.

I don't think government regulations will go away in a crisis. I would rather buy farmland and rent the land to a farmer than to consider housing.
With the property tax going up to the cost of a monthly car payment, I am not sure I can buy a few houses.

Any Economy that is based on a Fiat Currency will have huge booms and horrible busts because the Interest Rate on borrowing Money is set artificially by a Central Bank, the very same Central Bank that also prints the Money that circulates in this Fiat based Economy.
This is why we need to overhaul the entire Central Banking systems, allow sound Money system with fully reserved Banks, instead of fractional reserve Banks, and stop the Government from spending more Money than they collect in taxes.
But, these things never happen because People would rather vote for a bigger Government than a smaller Government, and Politicians will always choose to spend more Money than the Government collects in taxes.

Ninja, my realtor is saying there's not enough inventory for the market to crash, and also that Biden / Fed will keep coming up with ways to prevent people from foreclosing, like federally backed 40 year mortgages and down payment assistance, and more moratoriums.
They will but it's those ppl who are not able to keep up with their 2500$ to 4500$ property or walk away most developers will walk away from those major city buildings and more like a correction in some areas jt opinion
