@@Lynn.-_-. well, in most of it yes... excluding France and the nordics, ofc. However, as I understood Czech Republic doesn't use it either. At least my country does and we are many times in conflict with french for many things actually (the use of bidet included).
Also it is quite awkard that they are the ones who invented it and yet they don't use it
