Last thing I forgot to mention when you log out you have option clicking far right, as shown on image below it gives you 8 hours(??) AFK grind when on spot with auto attack enabled. USE IT OFTEN WHEN YOU ARE OFF LINE to catch up on XP pick spot with most favourable rewards and relatively fast kills (zone 5 lvl below your level is perfect for AFK) imgur.com/a/pJOg7Dw
I think it must have been straight forward... if you mean any cathedral fights or boss battle they are possible to kite its all about having consumables stacked. Sorry for late response.

How did you finish the lvl 34 quest. The one without a guide?
