You are saying its his car, but then you are saying when we bought it. are you all related but not mentioning this, is the M3 a member of staff's car or a business car, are you all related and using business cars as personal so you can add the costs of repairs insurance etc on to the business in a tax scam?
Wow - you must enjoy spending more time looking for potential "abuses" in someone else's affairs than investing in improving your own life. Do you contribute to charities much? That's a good place to start giving back to the Common Good rather than tearing down others for no good reason.
