Sir axis bank personal loan EMI allowed me to easy debit from another sbi account with bank requesting me 3 signed sbi blank cheque and also permitting me to close axis bank account.
Axis bank has more hidden charges and rs 12k balance maintain.

1. All legal heirs should sign once the borrower passes away to get the document. This is a separate process.
2. As a guarantor you can close the loan via OTS or in full and remove your name from liability. This is a separate process.

I settled my education loan 2 years back and received no due settled certificate. 2 years later i realized it affects cibil when i go for homeloan. Unfortunately my luck, the account not closed so I had another option to repay my full loan amount once again including interest. I paid and received no due certificate over email. I need your inputs, Atfirst i settled that amount how to claim? Is there any option to raise.
I dont think u can do that. They will take the first amount as repayment and not settlement. That i s why u were able to close the loan again

Hi, looking for a clarification.
I have a MSME loan for JCB vehicle with monthly EMI and a gold loan with year ROI.I couldn’t pay JCB Emi for 6 months, now I’m ready to pay outstanding EMIs.
But, bank is saying I need to pay the entire loan amount to took the gold out, I can renewal the gold loan if I pay only outstanding EMIs..
It’s a public sector bank, it seems to be weirded..is it the rule that I need to pay entire loan amount to took my gold out??

3 months due means the account is NPA. You have to pay full overdue with penal interest and regularise the account. No need to pay complete loan.

Its not a rule. But banks follow it. They say if they don't block sb and gold loan NPA customers never turn up. Sadly that is true in many cases.

No point in filing case. But u can pay and get a no dues certificate. Even if it is in CIBIL u will get loan in future

CIBIL wont increase. But wont get further damage. You can pay and close the account. Then take a Jewel Loan and close it by paying monthly. Do this for 2 years. Your CIBIL will be ok.

Settlement is Bank discretion and not a customer right. Approach bank and ask for a settlement. No need of advocate.
