You need be be very careful with what you upload these days. The guys on the IC 2705 could get into trouble if the wrong people see this.

+GEES44DC Because they didn't have their headlights on? Why would "the wrong people" be even looking at stuff like this? I understand that you're an engineer yourself but how would you be affected?

Blake Trafford - Mile Post Productions The BNSF crew here in Winnipeg recently were reprimanded by management because they were recorded violating a rule.
Railroad management are watching these videos.

+GEES44DC I imagine that there would be some form of discipline because on the off chance that an accident occurs with a pedestrian or a vehicle the crew may be put at fault for not having the headlights on.

Blake Trafford - Mile Post Productions Yes. Management are watching these types of videos more and more. With the vast majority of rail fans not knowing operating rules they can be uploading stuff that could potentially get a crew in trouble.
Would they deserve it? Sometimes yes. But in this case maybe the Engineer simply forgot they were off. It happens and the repercussions for forgetting can be pretty severe.
