பத்திரிகையாளர் பாஜக வை தாக்கி பேச வேண்டும் என்ற நோக்கத்தில் பேசுகிறார். 2019 ல இருந்தே 2000 ரூபாய் நோட்டு print பண்ண வில்லை என்றால் என்ன அர்த்தம் old currency யை replace பண்ண நியூ currency இனி அந்த denomination ல வராது என்று 2019 ல யே RBI முடிவு செய்து விட்டது என்று அர்த்தம். இனி இந்த currency 2000 circulation இல்லாவிட்டால் ஒன்றுமுபாதிப்பு இல்லை என்று RBI நினைக்கிறது.
எப்பவுமே circulation ல இருக்கும் currency 5 to 7 years ல replacement ஆகி விடும் அஸ் per RBI clean Note policy. அதனால் தான் மற்ற கரன்சி கள் replacement க்காக தொடர்ந்து Print ஆகும் போது இந்த 2000 மட்டும் print ஆக வில்லை .

In 2005 the RBI wanted to add more features to Rs 500 note Ccordingly all the currency printed prior to 2004 was taken back. As there was no system of mentioning the date of printing prior to 2004.
Secondly the need to bring Rs 2000/- started with the economic report submitted by Earnst & Young which warned India and said India is a fragile one hence structural changes in economic/RBI should be taken up accordingly following decision was taken.

4. Setting up.of IBC and introduction of Insolvency Petition.
