I've always taken it that Sarah was at least tolerable enough for the other kids whenever she wasn't being set off for whatever reason, since most of her screaming was at Eddy (likely copying how Kevin handles him) and especially her brother. However, I do agree with Jimmy and Johnny not really fitting in. Jimmy is a sickly wallflower when not working with Eddy and Johnny just sucks.
