For the first 5 turns, you fight Regigigas in its base form, and the theme that plays will be the original Sinnoh legendary's theme. Coincides with Regigigas' Slow Start. However, after those 5 turns, a cutscene will appear, wherein Regigigas is engulfed in an aura of great power, reacting to an item in its possession: King's Orb. Thus Regigigas tranforms to its Primal form, King Regigigas. The battle ensues once more, only this time you're facing King Regigigas. Then, this theme starts.
Nah, I'd rather he use the Regi theme, then a more intense version of it once he's out of Slow Start. For an idea of how it would sound, check out the Regi theme from Pokémon Unbound.

It's stares down at me with all its beeping parts. It can't seem to move. Like it's immobilized. I send out my torterra hoping for the best. After a few earthquakes I tryed throwing a ultra ball. But it broke loose. Now it's stopped. It looks like it pulled its self together. It stomped around the room and hammered his fists into my torterra, taking it out in one shot. I sent out my Togekiss next to try to put it to sleep to have a chance. Hypnosis kept missing and soon my Togekiss was out too. I threw my last ultra ball. 1. 2. 3. 🔆 Congratulations! Regigigas was caught!

It would probably happen after you beat regular Regigigas. It wouldn’t take even 5 turns to beat a legendary (I’m looking at you Black/White Kyurem.
